Step into this recently renovated coastal haven, where modern comforts and contemporary furnishings meet beachside charm and create an inviting atmosphere. You’ll find not only air conditioning in the upstairs open-plan living, dining and kitchen area to keep you cool on warmer days but also a ceiling fans in each bedroom for added comfort ensuring a restful night's sleep. With three smart TVs strategically placed throughout the home, entertainment also is never far away. For some friendly competition, head to the garage converted into a games room, where multi-gaming table awaits, featuring Pool, Table Tennis, and an Air Hockey Table. Additionally, immerse yourself in the excitement of the Wii gaming console; this coastal retreat is designed for comfort and convenience with relaxation and fun always at your fingertips.

Upon entry, you'll find yourself on the ground level, where the master bedroom awaits with its ensuite bathroom. This level also features an additional bedroom for added accommodation options and from here, guests have convenient access to the games room, which doubles as a laundry area, offering both entertainment and practicality.
Ascend the stairs to the upper level, where you'll discover an expansive open living, kitchen, and dining area. This airy space is ideal for gatherings, providing ample room for relaxation and socializing; two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom are nestled on the same level. Whether you seek the privacy of the master suite, the conviviality of the communal areas, or the excitement of the games room, this home offers a versatile layout tailored to meet the needs of every guest.

While not fully renovated, these bathrooms are clean, functional, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests during their stay.

The expansive open space combining living, kitchen, and dining area is designed to be the heart of the home, inviting guests to cook, gather, play games, or unwind in front of the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, boasting modern appliances and a convenient breakfast bar for casual dining or meal preparation. Step outside to the large undercover entertaining area, seamlessly extending the indoor living space outdoors. With a BBQ grill at your disposal, this space is perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining. Whether it's a sunny brunch or a starlit dinner, the inviting atmosphere encourages guests to bring the indoors out and create lasting memories in this coastal retreat.

Outdoors
Step onto the expansive outside BBQ entertaining deck, which wraps along the front of the house, offering ample space for gatherings and relaxation. Additional seating areas beckon guests to unwind and soak in the coastal ambiance. For those seeking a private retreat, the master bedroom opens onto its own fully enclosed courtyard. Here, guests can enjoy their own oasis, complete with an open fire pit—a perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading sessions, or evenings spent roasting marshmallows under the stars.
Conveniently located nearby, the outdoor shower enclosure provides a practical solution for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. Fully enclosed for added privacy, it also serves as a storage area for water and beach equipment, ensuring a seamless transition from beach to home.

Parking
Off-street parking is conveniently provided on the driveway, accommodating one vehicle and with an Ocular LTE Single Phase EV Charging station easily accessible in the garage for electric vehicle owners; further convenience is offered with on-street parking.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
There is also a fully self- contained caravan on the property which may be rented by other guests during your stay. Both the caravan and main house have separate entrances, parking and outdoor spaces, and there are no shared communal areas unless both parties agree to do so during their stay.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate up to 9 guests with a max of 8 adults including visitors and prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,500 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
