Hotel per chi ama l'avventura a Copenaghen Ovest

"Struttura in ottima posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, alla metro e al centro. La camera comoda anche se un po piccola cosi come il bagno. Colazione ottima e varie, personale cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati bene."

"Overall, our stay was fairly good, and the hotel met our expectations in terms of facilities and comfort. However, I feel the need to highlight an unpleasant incident that occurred on the morning of April 22nd. It was our first morning at the hotel, so we weren't yet familiar with how the breakfast service was organized. Although there were still 15 minutes left before the service ended, the waitress seemed visibly annoyed and was already huffing and puffing as we arrived. The most disappointing part, however, was the way she handled the payment. As we were heading toward the hall to sit down and eat, she shouted at us from across the room in front of all the other guests: "Guys, you have to pay!" While she was technically correct about the policy, there was absolutely no need to yell or cause a scene. A polite, quiet reminder would have been more than enough. Being publicly called out like that was quite embarrassing and frankly unprofessional. It’s a shame, because the rest of the experience was fine, but this specific encounter left a very sour taste in our mouths. Hospitality is as much about how you say things as what you are saying. "

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Si tratta di una struttura di buon livello, curata e molto accogliente. Cosa ci è piaciuto di più: • Personale: Estremamente gentile e cortese, sempre disponibile per ogni necessità. • Pulizia: Davvero impeccabile, sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. L'unica piccola pecca è stata la vista dalla camera, praticamente assente. Tuttavia, lo sapevamo già in fase di prenotazione avendo scelto noi la tipologia di stanza più economica rispetto a quella con vista panoramica, quindi non è stata una sorpresa negativa. Nel complesso è un hotel che consigliamo assolutamente per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e l'attenzione al cliente."

"Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione a due fermate dalla stazione principale. La colazione non ci ha soddisfatto molto, ma sono gusti personali. Nel complesso è varia, c'é sia dolce che salato. Le stanze sono abbastanza pulite, asciugamani cambiati anche ogni giorno se richiesto ovviamente. Le lenzuola in una settimana sono state cambiate due volte. Il sabato la pulizia è stata molto approssimativa, non abbiamo capito il motivo. Nel conplesso la consiglio solo per la posizione. Il resto non mi ha entusiasmato molto."

"Un hotel discreto nel centro di Copenaghen. Posizione strategica ad un passo dalla stazione centrale dei treni e al parco Tivoli. Camere molto piccole e con poca areazione, finestre bloccate appena si aprono. La mancanza di ascensore considerati i 4 piani non è il massimo, sopratutto per le persone anziane o chi ha problemi motori. "
