Nuovo! Primo anno di noleggio! Se stai cercando lusso e convenienza, Snow Maker Manor è la casa che fa per te. Questa casa con sette camere da letto, situata nella stimata suddivisione del Lewis Ranch, è una vera tenuta per sciare. Situati sulla rotonda verde / per principianti, gli impianti di risalita Kokomo Express e Union Creek distano pochi secondi. Il deposito sci dal design accattivante, situato al piano principale immediatamente adiacente alla grande sala, consente di iniziare la giornata di divertimento sulla montagna direttamente da casa e di tornare e uscire prontamente sulle piste verdi / per principianti durante il giorno. Se stai cercando di ospitare più famiglie con alcuni non sciatori o sciatori di varia capacità, non c'è casa migliore.

Snow Maker Manor ha tutti i comfort per rendere il tuo soggiorno indimenticabile. Le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto sul pendio della casa offrono una vista impareggiabile sui famosi scivoli SKY e sulle montagne circostanti. Una buona tempesta di neve al Manor ti farà sentire come se fossi in un globo di neve, tutto di fronte a un camino caldo e confortevole (tutti e 6). E nei mesi non invernali, fuoriuscite dalla grande sala attraverso le porte che aprono la fisarmonica sul patio esterno e sulla vasca idromassaggio. Goditi le spettacolari viste sulle montagne con una bevanda a tua scelta, mentre i bambini godono di un film nella sala del teatro o di una partita a biliardo nella spaziosa sala giochi. Se il fantastico sci o l'escursionismo hanno le gambe traballanti, salta le scale e usa l'ascensore per spostarti facilmente tra i piani.

Gli ospiti hanno accesso a una navetta gratuita che vi porterà ovunque nel resort Copper Mountain (la navetta è disponibile solo nelle date principali). Questa casa di River Ridge Rentals ha qualcosa per tutti ed è sicuro di essere un successo!

Fabulous Rendezvous

From check-in to check-out, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location and house for our 48th Winter Rendezvous (maybe one thing - that one of our group . The house is amazing and we had ample room for everyone! We especially loved the ski-in/ski-out (although if not an expert, it was a bit difficult) and having our own ski lockers! We even had a Pine Martin come visit us daily!member did not get hurt!)

An amazing property

This was a perfect place to stay we had enough room for all 14 family members. Memories to last a life time. I had issues with the theater (human error) however the young man who works for the property was extremely helpful he drove to the house to walk us through it. The customer service was amazing. We will book again.

Great family vacation

We stayed at Snow Maker Manor for a family vacation. We ranged in age from 6 months to 70. It was a great time. The home is clean and beautiful. We used all of the amenities. We spent hours on the back porch with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our grandkids watched movies in the great home theater. The activities at Copper Mountain are great fun and a walkable distance. The management company is responsive and courteous. It couldn't have been a better experience. Definitely recommend.

Great amenities and perfect location

Perfect location great amenities awesome place to stay highly recommend. Stayed with a large group had plenty space for everyone. Easy to walk out the back door and ski down the hill as well as ski back to the house after a long day on the slopes.

Annual ski trip

We annually take a large group (16-24 people) to Colorado for a ski trip and rent a big house. Snow Maker Manor did not disappoint! We took 23 people this year and we all slept in beds, weren’t stepping on each other toes and enjoyed all the amenities (pool table, movie room, hot tub, etc).Ski in/ski out was great for such a large group and Copper Mountain is a GREAT mountain for all levels of skiers. Spectacular week, awesome house, attentive hosts in River Ridge Renrals. Truly….all fun, no disappointments.

Incredible!

This property is absolutely incredible! Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, property managers were very easy to get in touch with and were very accommodating. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property but needs a little help

The property is nothing short of stunning with exception of neighbors being in such close proximity. There is plenty of seating for a large group to actually spend time together. We had issues with the water and getting the theatre to work. I called/texted every day we were there to have the water fixed, which is not something you ever anticipate being an issue. The property managers sent someone out each day to get the water flowing again, but my friends and family I were pretty frustrated not being able to take showers or have water to cook and clean. I will mention that the property managers worked with me in response to these issues to make sure I paid a fair amount given the issues we encountered.

Perfect Mountain Retreat

This place is exactly as advertised. Beautiful views, clean and comfortable accommodations, easy location up the hill at Copper. Check in was seamless and property manager was responsive to a couple questions we had. Would absolutely recommend.

Family Vacation 4th of July

My family stayed in Snow Manor for the month of July. The property was actually better than we expected from the VRBO website! It was spacious and had everything we needed for the month! Management was super easy to deal with and helped us with anything we needed. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful

Snow Maker did not disappoint! This house was beautiful and big enough for our family and our dog. We have a 12 y/o dog with bad hip arthritis so the elevator was so wonderful to have. The refrigerator would turn off randomly overnight and needed service. The response from management was instant . The check out was easy. Would love to come again !

Beautiful and spacious

The property was beautiful and spacious. Loved everything about the set upnand the cleanliness was top notch. The only things that could've been better were there were a few items like shower heads that were broken upon arrival, the bed frames that creaked every little movement making it hard to sleep, and the pillows were very worn out. Sleep could've been better due to those few items.

Great location, great house for big groups

A great ski-in, ski-out house, halfway up Kokomo lift. It can be a smidge tricky to ski back to the house if you are a novice skier. The house is great, with lots of space for many people. The kitchen stuff (utensils, small appliances, glasses, etc.) is all kinda worn out, and it is time for some replacements. The ice maker is the loudest appliance ever, and the house would be immeasurably better if the ice maker was thrown away. The hot tub is also showing its age. Overall though, it is still a great 5-star house.

Perfect group getaway

The house was beautiful and so easily accessible. Ski out was fun with the little path. The rooms are beautiful and the tile is heated. Each family had a room. The bunk room with the stairs should be reserved for children only. It’s fit into a weird space Kitchen was lovely. Nice double fridge but you may want to consider more smaller fridges for drinks. They were shallow our large group used every inch. The company was attentive and sent someone out quickly to address our needs. We got a new coffee maker. The ice maker did not work and that is an important thing to have running. Lower level dryer wasn’t working but we didn’t discover that until late Overall worth the stay!! Thanks for having us

Better than expected

Snow Maker Manor is an excellent property for a large family or group. We were there for the holidays and the ski access to the beginner slopes was ideal for our group. The property managers were friendly and very helpful and we have only the highest recommendations.

Beautiful views of Copper Mountain right off the Kokomo Lift and Round a bout run.

We had a great time. Beautiful home. There was some construction going on next door, but it wasn’t loud. The snow melt system was being worked on Day 2 of our stay. Property management did a fantastic job answering questions & overall this property is really top notch!

Great View

Overall we had a good experience. The property has fantastic views and the layout of the common area is good. We had some issues with the elevator and dryer not working which we communicated to the property owner. They did offer to send someone out to fix these, but we opted to not take them up on it since it was a short trip and we didn’t want noisey interruptions. There is major construction going on next door which would again have been helpful to know about prior to booking but the windows are double paned so all in all it wasn’t too loud if you were inside. However if you were in the hot tub during the day you had to deal with noise and a view of people working. Again overall a good experience but small gaps in a high end rental.
