We always stay here when visiting family in Copperas Cove,Tx. This is by far the best hotel in that area. Walmart is right across the way so very convenient and staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and bed is super comfortable. If you love, or would like to try boba tea, The Bloom is right behind the hotel within walking distance. It's very good.

The lady who checked me in was beyond amazing and helpful. She also looked stunning in her blue outfit & matchiny earrings. Never have I ever had someone as nice and helpful as her check me in at a hotel.

Nice welcome
It was nice. Front desk lady was super nice and friendly. Room was in good shape over all besides the stain on the carpet that was still sticky when I stepped on it with my shoes on.

This Best Western was conveniently located for our visit to family on the military base nearby. There were several department and grocery store within walking distance from the hotel. Several fast food restaurants were also nearby. The room was quiet and we found the bedding to be comfortable. Cons: The exterior trash cans were left full and running over all weekend. The hot breakfast wasn’t all that hot and the hot waffle machine was broken for our complete stay. The exterior north door card reader didn’t work so you had to walk all the way around to the front entrance if you parked in the back where most of the parking is at. Our room was good all but the musty odor that you smelled as soon as you opened the door each time, and the carpet in the room and hallway needed to be cleaned and vacuum better. Overall, we would stay here again if needed and hope the correction have been made for the deficiencies.

Thank you for your stay and feedback. I'm so sorry that the waffle maker did go out but due to the bad weather last week, they're behind on replacing it for us. I will make sure to look into the doors not working properly.

Our bathroom had water pooring from ceiling due to room above us. Rather than sleeping in we had to get up and move rooms. Asked for a late checkout and was told it would be an extra charge. One door to outside was kept propped open at all times. Key card for room kept deactivating. Road work had street closed down so we had to go out of the way to get to main street. Wife got propositioned to purchase narcotics when she went outside to get something from the car.

One of the cleanest properties I have been in recently. There is road construction in front of the Best Western, but manageable. The only drawback is there is no elevator so if one is elderly as I am, hauling a suitcase upstairs can be difficult.

We were first checked into a room that I don't think was turned down, there was trash everywhere and the bed wasn't made. The front desk was very apologetic, she got us into a different room right away. The room was extremely spacious. The TV did keep losing satellite service, but overall it was a pleasant day

Good hotel
The girls at the front desk were the best, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, also the room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the condition of the pool, we were unable to use it in our stay because was not clean. The location of the hotel was also very convenient.

I was disappointed to find that the main entry road was under construction and caused some inconvenient detouring. Also my room was on 2nd floor and building had no elevator and 2nd floor AC appeared to not be working. Each of the 3 disappointments by themselves are minor inconveniences but all 3 together made it a pain. Other than that everything else was excellent

The service was great and all the staff were super friendly and attentive. Good value and includes breakfast. Close to shopping center, supermarket and food options. Id would be good if they had an elevator but figured why since its a two story building. But its difficult for handicapped guests. Would stay again.

It's an older property that is well kept. The breakfast was very good. And the room was spacious. The matress needs replacing, as well as the couch. But other than that it was a nice room and I enjoyed my stay. Lots of food options nearby.

Judy at the front desk is a consummate professional, she exceeded my expectations. She was attentive, friendly and kept the breakfast area clean and stocked. Gary the maintenance man promptly took care of a plumbing issue. This was my first stay at a BW and I was pleasantly surprised. We arranged for another BW stay in Dallas before leaving TX. I look forward to staying again in the future.
