B&B a Coquitlam

“The owner, Brian was caring and wanted to make sure we had a good time. He was helpful and gave you enough attention without hovering. He was kind and a great host. His breakfasts were absolutely yummy and wonderful. Brian was accommodating and able to change my breakfast when what he was serving would have reacted negtivly with my medication. He was a wonderful host and we would recommend him and stay there again.”

“The home and owner, Randy, were welcoming with excellant communication and service. The room was tasteful with good space and comfortable , double sinks in the ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and creative, with great company for conversation. I would only suggest the hosts check the room temp before arrival, as weather is now so variable. We had an accommodating stay.”

“It’s a nice big room. But the air quality wasn’t the best. And the bedding smelled a bit musty. The washroom was clean, but it had the smell of a stinky mop. Fancy bidet though! The complimentary tea was nice. There is a hidden $30 cleaning fee. Not happy about that.”

“Clean and comfortable”

“Location was nice and quiet, and close to transit. Bed was comfy. A private washroom was promised but the youngest son and his friend used it when they weren’t supposed to during the first two days of our stay. The host herself was pleasant and helpful, but as this was a family home, the younger members of the household could be noisy at times, and the B&B room did not feel very private being as it was situated by the front door of the house.
