La navetta per l'aeroporto non è disponibile h24 come indicato nel sito bensì termina a mezzanotte e riprende alle 7; quando lo abbiamo fatto notare alla signorina della reception - informandola che il nostro aereo partiva alle 6 della mattina - lei è stata molto scortese e per niente disponibile (a differenza dell'autista dello shuttle a cui dobbiamo un ringraziamento perché si è offerto di accompagnarci...

“The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. ”

La sistemazione è buona, moderna e pulita, ma i ragazzi dello staff reception devono assolutamente svegliarsi e capire che, solitamente, si prova a fare di tutto per soddisfare le richieste del cliente, soprattutto quelle che hanno a che fare con fatturazione, invoicing e documenti vari. ”

“We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”

“Room was clean, but needed some obvious repairs. ie. door into back yard hard to open and close; area around air conditioner in poor repair; Didn't have any contact with the cleaning staff. We did have a call from the manager when we first arrived and she was very helpful”

“Waited for a long time for the free shuttle from the airport and ended up paying for a taxi instead. Pillows way too soft, no support for your head and the road noise was a LOT. Very nice staff however. ”

“This place was not at all as advertised online. Honestly for the price point you’re better off spending an extra few dollars and staying at an actual hotel instead of this place. Got there and the doors wouldn’t lock and windows were all open. Inside it was dirty and less than ideal. In person it’s completely unrecognizable from what they showed online. Just stay elsewhere unless you’re going to sit in the parking lot and do crack with the rest of the people there. The property manager was...

“The service was exceptional, with very attentive and welcoming staff. The property is clean and extremely well maintained. One of the highlights for us was the pool area: excellent service, a very large pool with two waterslides, plus two additional adults-only pools. A shuttle service to the beach is provided, and there is also an on-site water taxi pier (#5), which made it easy and enjoyable to explore the surrounding areas. The food was excellent as well. We will definitely be returning!”
