Baite a Coral Coast

“All’arrivo nessun upgrade e la camera puzzava di muffa ; letto scomodo e affondi dentro; buona la colazione assortita spazi esterni buoni , la spiaggia non ha servizi ; al ceck out mi è stata addebitata una notte in più che poi mi è stata tolta; servizio al check-in scarso invece di preautorizzare la carta mi hanno fatto addebito totale della camera 2 vote … ”

“We stayed for a week at Crusoes Retreat. It is the 3rd time we have stayed here. The last time was 10 years ago. To say the condition had gone downhill is an understatement. The once thatched roofs are now rusted with twigs left. Some Bures have had the roofs replaced. The beachfront bar is rotting and never opened. The spa pool was out of order and looked liked it hadn’t been open in months. The whole place was tired. If you choose this Resort by the photos on the website you will be very...

“We stayed 4 days. First of all I would like to clarify that Crow's Nest is more hotel than resort. The room was big and good but we encountered some problems. There was a big bee's nest just outside of our room and we found some of these bees inside of our room. We asked the people at reception to remove this nest but they never did. Other problems, one light in the room was off and no hairdryer was provided. We had to ask two times about these issues in order to solve them. Some staff people at...

“Clean rooms and regular upkeep. Every time we left, we would come back to fresh sheets and towels. Staff were the best! So accommodating, welcoming and overall very friendly.”

“Thank you for the excellent staff, clean room and meals are always appreciated and very tasty..”

“Nice and clean hotel with awesome staff.”

“Clean, decent property.”

“Siamo stati in viaggio di nozze ed il posto è stato ideale. Non è adatto per chi cerca vita e confusione.”

“We were not aware of the extreme extra costs when we booked and that happened several times while in Fiji, speaking to other travelers they said the same. We spent nearly $700 USD for our 4 day stay and when we arrived so many extra charges at 11pm charges in American came to $900 USD. It was a nice stay the beach wasn’t really clear or to swimmable and really that’s all you want when you travel halfway around the world. Everything else was nice. Just BEWARE of half of dozen extra costs when you...

“The ‘all inclusive’ isn’t just that. Cocktails, barista coffee and restaurants are not included. Apparently only if you book with my Fiji you receive cocktail vouchers amongst other benefits. The food was average at the buffet and lacked variety. Although the set menu at the Chinese restaurant was included, it was the worst Chinese food I’ve eaten, plus other tables who ordered after our receiving their food first. Cocktails average and some staff didn’t know how to make them. We also found...

“Very goog stay: spacious apartment, good pool, manager super friendly and with a fast communication. Vinaka!”
