“We stayed 4 days. First of all I would like to clarify that Crow's Nest is more hotel than resort. The room was big and good but we encountered some problems. There was a big bee's nest just outside of our room and we found some of these bees inside of our room. We asked the people at reception to remove this nest but they never did. Other problems, one light in the room was off and no hairdryer was provided. We had to ask two times about these issues in order to solve them. Some staff people at...

“The property was beautiful, as were the people. I had no issues or complaints about the property or people. The reason for only 3 stars is location. The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach. You will need to travel a few miles down the road.”

“Staff all welcoming and friendly. Particularly clean room. Can do better. Swim bar great, but should have toilets and showers close to pool. Breakfast fine, buffet meals reasonable. Some meats very dry and hard to chow. Loved the salads and variety of food. Occasionally food not warm enough. In the bedrooms no microwaves.”
