“Expedia is the issue. Cost me a ton of money as service back to airport didn’t come on the right day because Expedia is incompetent. Called 4 times to get it right and still wrong. Never book a package deal with Expedia. They can not handle any issue correctly. I am done with them for life”

La struttura è moderna, ben tenuta, stanze ampie dotate di tutto il necessario. “We stayed 4 days. First of all I would like to clarify that Crow's Nest is more hotel than resort. The room was big and good but we encountered some problems. There was a big bee's nest just outside of our room and we found some of these bees inside of our room. We asked the people at reception to remove this nest but they never did. “Room was dirty,sheets were stain and table wasn't cleaned. The coushin to the couch smelled. Single female traveler here, they ask to many red flag questions for a single traveler. Power went out for about 5 min. checkout is 11 am, they turn off the wifi at 10 am. Nothing closed by,your forced to eat there. Could do better in cleaning the room. Many activities u want to do if they don't have enough to fill up they canceled you. No notice until its time of the activitie u signed up for. Wast...
