“This home was one of the cutest properties I have seen. Bed was super comfortable with soft sheets and towels! Nicely, newly landscaped yard in a residential neighborhood. We have 2 big labs which made the space a little challenging but we all got a good nights rest. Would definitely stay here again if traveling without our "big" dogs or we had smaller dogs. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property.”

“This house was perfect for our girl's trip to Cedar Rapids. The house had everything we needed and we loved having our own beds. Plenty of space! It was very clean and the location couldn't be beat. Just about 2 blocks from shops and restaurants.”

“The property was just what we needed, but if we were patrons with any mobility issues it would not have worked. Steep stairs to access the bedrooms, and carrying luggage, could be difficult for many people.”

“This house was such a pleasant surprise!! We were in town for surgery of a family member and its convenience to the hospital was perfect. The space allowed us to come and go at the hospital and was great for me to get some work done in between. Comfortable beds and all the amenities of home.”

“We stayed here for a weekend away with friends for a Hawkeye football game. Price was fair, owner was easy to reach and responded to questions about places nearby to eat after a long drive. Three bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with linens provided was great for less to pack. Neighborhood is a little run down but don't let that deter you from this home! We would stay here again.”
