“The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort.”

“Place was incredible, house is also stocked with everything you would need to spend a few nights I was impressed, quickly realized I don’t even need to pack half of what I brought. Bathroom is stocked with tooth brushes and tooth paste even cue tips plus a bunch more. Kitchen cabinets stocked full of spices and everything for coffee. “Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench.
