I would highly recommend informing guests at check-in that housekeeping must be explicitly requested. Communication on this policy would have greatly improved our experience. Lastly, the breakfast was just fine, but the coffee was not hot enough.”

“The good comments are that the room was large with plenty of usable space, AC was cold and the included breakfast was decent. We were assigned a room on the first floor right next to parking exit door. The door slammed shut constantly for hours - to 1am and started again at 5am. I understand it’s an airport hotel but that particular room should not be used (129).”

“When we arrived and got to our room someone was in the room cleaning the toilet because they said it hadn’t been cleaned. Then there was hair on the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was too short so the bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. The bathroom door didn’t slide closed all the way and would get stuck so you could not open it. The staff said they cleaned every 3rd day and never came . The pool and hot tub were green . There were cobwebs in the windows. The cooler didn’t work...
