“Was surprised at check in that there was no staff. You enter the hotel elevator bay via passcode and then must type it again in the elevator to get up to your room. I find this inconvenient compared to a regular keycard.
I booked a suite which was spacious, bright and clean. TV with included entertainment options lol Netflix was great. I don’t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped (glassware, mugs, utensils, pans, dish soap, etc.)
The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the toilet...

“A very comfortable, clean facility with a gracious host and hostess. An exceptional breakfast each morning. A very convenient location to the hospital. Leave your car parked at the B & B. A matter of steps to the hospital. Move back and forth from the hospital during the day allowing rest time for the patient. I highly recommend this B & B. I spent five nights. No hesitation in going back.

“Great location, beautiful architecture but there was no dining options, the desk staff wear many hats so often there was a “be right back” sign out and some of them did not appear to enjoy working their shift.
Strong chlorine smell in the lobby, no dining options, the shower curtain fell down when I hung a wet towel on it (I’m old so I knew how to fix it), housekeeping every third day but if you appreciate character hotels those issues are worth the experience.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. They ask customers to throw dirty towels outside of room in hallway somewhat hazardous if you trip over the towels and an eyesore in the hallway. No elevator not suitable for people with mobility issues. I asked for a room on main floor and was told none available. ”

“The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food over in the restaurant in the Sheraton was very delicious. Basically across the street was Asia town with a whole bunch of Asian restaurants. It was lovely and if we’re back in Richmond Hill again, we will stay at that hotel.”

“Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Quiet place considering it is close to the highway.
Breakfast was ok, had hot oatmeal, toast, etc but the hard boiled eggs were just sitting out in a bowl instead of cooled.
Overall It is a decent hotel for the price, I’d go back. ”

“A nice room and hotel with comfortable bed. Nice staff at front desk. Lots of parking. Decent pool and sitting area by the pool, but no hot tub. Breakfast wasn't included but it was good and service was also good. Both days the servers were very friendly and nice atmosphere. We would stay here again. ”
