  • 'Casa Martins' è una casa di tre camere da letto assolutamente sbalorditiva arredata con gusto proprio sul lungomare, la proprietà ha una spaziosa zona giorno a pianta aperta con cucina completamente attrezzata e lavastoviglie. La zona giorno si apre su una grande veranda schermata all'aperto con mobili da esterno che si affacciano sui magnifici corsi d'acqua di Salamander Bay. C'è un bagno a tre vie che ha due docce separate e servizi igienici che si aprono su una zona bagno in comune, aria condizionata a sistema diviso e un barbecue che viene riposto nell'area del garage. Questa proprietà dovrebbe essere una delle proprietà meglio posizionate nella zona in quanto è protetta da tutti i venti, porta la moto d'acqua, porta il piccolo o semplicemente sdraiati su un sunlounge ed essere memorizzata dalla pace e dalla tranquillità di questa vacanza ti darà.

    Lenzuola e asciugamani non sono forniti nell'unità, hai la possibilità di noleggiarli o portarli con te, niente animali e nessuna politica di partito in atto.

We had a beautiful 4 days at this house on the water. Excellent location and set up. Very user friendly. Will be returning.

Dream location

Nothing can beat sunset drinks at waters edge. This property is located in the perfect spot to sit by the water and enjoy the seasons. Great space, fabulous natural environment to enjoy. Best way to spend a weekend with kids.

Excellent location. Great calm water for young kids. Property is older style but sufficient as you will spend all of your time outside. Close to ammenities.

One of the most peaceful places in the world

The house exceeded everyone’s expectations. Saw dolphins 15 metres from house and the sunset was one of the best I’ve seen. Definitely revisiting

Great location to relax and unwind

Compact house in a great spot. Functional and comfortable. Needed a bit more attention to some of the cleaning details given the price tag.

Too expensive for quality of premises

It’s very expensive for the quality of the premises. I liked the beach but not the property....fridge was old and want closing and therefore cooling properly. The bathrooms were really old and not well designed ....water splashing everywhere and required a lot of cleaning for a group that’s meant to be on holidays. I definitely would never rent this property again for the price we paid didn’t feel like we got the value.

Great location

My family has spent Easter holidays at many beachfront locations in Port Stephens for over 20 years. This was voted one of the best. The house is a renovated fibro beach house. Well done and well stocked for a family stay. BUT very expensive given it is a converted beach house.

Perfect getaway!

A great place to getaway with the whole family and relax! Just thought it was a little pricey for its size and quality. But overall we had a great time and wonderful views!

Great Location

Spent 4 nights over Easter. The property was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Views over the bay were fantastic and a very quite neighbourhood. The only negative I have for this property is the bathroom is not 2 bathrooms but 1 bathroom divided into 2 very small bathrooms with a shower and toilet separated by sliding doors. We stayed as 2 couples(who have been friends for 20 years and travelled quite a lot together) and we found the bathroom setup quite uncomfortable. Overall this is a lovely place for a family to stay for a holiday but I would not recommend for couples.

Excellent Property

The property is absolutely lovely, exactly like the picture. The water is beautiful, very clear and spent lost of time swimming. Saw dolphins!! Great area, will definitely be back, very impressed.
