“Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our initial room smelled poorly, but it looked clean. They moved us to a different room and that was much nicer. The location was super near restaurants and retail stores. Really lovely!”

“Rooms are okay for price but not reflecting the high rating given to them. However, restoration work is going on in this hotel where painting and other disgusting smells all around the common area. This is not mentioned anywhere. So disappointed.”

“The price was definitely more reasonable than hotels in Corning and room was clean enough, but bathroom definitely needs better maintenance. Nice grassy sitting area off of parking lot. No coffee or other food available, but a Panera and Starbucks were nearby for breakfast.”

“I stayed at this hotel because there was no availability elsewhere and I was going by their reviews which is a joke now that I was there to see for myself. You cannot always go by hotel reviews. All other hotels were booked for the weekend from July 3-5. I called the front office to see if they had a room in the front instead of the back of the hotel because the person staying next to my room was smoking drugs in his car. I did not feel safe at this hotel. The phone in the room was dirty...

“Excellent location. A little rundown property that needs some updating. Shower gel bottle empty. Coffee machine wasn’t working. Staff was very helpful and attentive.”

“Room was not clean. Stains on sheets and comforters. Floor dirty as well as tub. I complained but nothing was done. On the second night we were there I asked for my room to be cleaned during the day and it was not done. I asked for towels and washcloths 3 times before I got them. AC was turned off in the room when we arrived, and it took about 4 hours for our room to get cool. I will never stay at this hotel again.”

“I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, with visible dust and stains that should have been addressed before check‑in. Even worse, I encountered roaches in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The breakfast was extremely weak and poorly stocked, with limited options. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and basic maintenance. I would not recommend staying here...
