Welcome to this beautiful new condo, just a stone's throw away from the beach, providing everything you need for a truly relaxing vacation. With 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The open concept kitchen and living room offer ample space for entertainment and relaxation. You have the option to access the beach through a nearby path or conveniently park your car for free right by the beach.

Nestled in a quaint community, this condo is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Corolla. Its ideal location between the beach and the sound grants you quick access to all the amenities necessary for a perfect getaway. Explore the local village, indulge in shopping excursions, witness the majestic sight of horses on the beach, take a leisurely stroll around the Whalehead Club or the Corolla Lighthouse, or cool off with a swim in the ocean, just a 6-8 minute walk away.

Once inside the elegant new condo, you and your group can entertain in the open concept kitchen and living room, or make use of the gas BBQ grill available outside. After a day at the beach, take a refreshing dip in the pool, challenge your companions to a game of mini-golf across the street, or engage in some friendly volleyball. The community offers a plethora of activities suitable for all ages.

This single-level condo provides ideal accommodations for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed and grants access to a full bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and the common area. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided within the unit.

Clean, New, and Comfortable—Just Know the Beach is a Trek

We recently stayed at this home in Carroll, North Carolina, and overall, the property itself was great. It’s a brand-new build—very clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet, nicely kept community with access to a lovely pool.That said, if your primary goal is easy access to the beach, just know that this location isn’t as close as it might appear. The walk to the beach is a bit of a trek—you’ll go through a wooded area, down a highway, onto Main Street, and then through several more intersections. It took us about 15 minutes on foot, and that’s without lugging gear or kids in tow. If you’re carrying beach chairs, coolers, or anything more than a towel, you’ll probably want to drive. There is public parking available near the beach, but it’s paid and can be a hassle depending on the time of day.For families with little ones or anyone who expects to go back and forth between the house and the beach, just be aware—it’s a production. This isn’t one of those “stroll out your back door and hit the sand” types of places.We also had a bit of a hiccup before check-in due to a transition between property managers. Just two days before arrival, I was told I might need to find another place to stay. After some back-and-forth, it was ultimately resolved, but it added unnecessary stress right before our trip. Hopefully this was a one-off situation tied to the change in management.In sum: a beautiful, comfortable home in a peaceful neighborhood—just be realistic about the beac
