“The bed was comfy. Significant road noise. The staff I interacted with were friendly but I keep the do not disturb sign up for the duration of my stay. The room was clean but dated. Obvious holes were the shower rod had been moved but not patched. Water damage to the drywall around the top of the shower that had been painted over. “25 dollars to park at a $200/night hotel was insulting. Seems like all Holiday Inns (and the Express) have cut staff back and it sure does show it...”

“The place was amazing aside from very limited parking, the front desk was understaffed upon arrival because there was a long line and she actually had to leave her desk to go help a client and everybody just stood there. Additionally, the pool was advertises being open or at least available, but they wouldn’t let anybody swim on Friday night.”
