“Just one comment I thought should have been mentioned, we were on the 4th- top floor, the coffee, am pastries, water fill stations are typically on each floor in a foyer area, which is quite nice, but there is not one on the 4th floor. I would reconsider my floor section for this reason.”

“We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff who cleaned were wonderful most staff were very kind and greeted us in yhe halls. The issue we had was the air-conditioning was not working and nothing was done. The room was so humid I could not get my hair or makeup right for the wedding we were there to attend. A staff at the front desk said to open the sliding glass door to let the night cool breeze in the problem is there is no screens and bugs can get in the room and the balcony...
