“The carpet in our room was digusting. Worn and stained, I wouldnt even take my shoes off. When the sheets were pulled back to go to bed there were water bottle caps from previous stay still on the floor. The lamp between the beds was covered in dust. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean so I do appreciate that. But carpet definitely needs replacement. We have stayed 3 times now and the hotel and casino are great, this was the worst room with stained carpet we have...

“This was our annual trip to watch the Kansas City games and we always stay in this hotel. The location is immediately across from the stadiums so we walk to the games. This saves the hassle and costs of parking. The breakfast was EXCELLENT with numerous choices and very good quantity. The hotel is dated but very adequate for our purposes.”

“Hotel accogilente anche se un po' defilato. La camera e' pulita e dotata dei principali confort. Il locale per la colazione e' piccolo nei pressi della struttura ci sono un discount (7 eleven) e un distributore di carburante. E' necessario comunque avere un'auto per muoversi perche' non mi pare di aver notato fermate di trasporto pubblico nei dintorni ma mi sono fermato solo una notte e quindi non ho avuto tempo di rendermene conto anche perche' ero automunito”

“Our granddaughter was a trauma patient at Children’s Mercy after a tragic accident This hotel is 4 minutes away. This allowed us to be close to the hospital while still getting some rest. It also allowed our son and daughter in law to go to the hospital for a shower and well needed rest. Front desk staff was very understanding and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Hubby said their eggs are the best he’s ever had at a hotel. ”
