Hotel vicino a Coronation Park - Delhi

“Great”

“The hotel took over an hour to find my reservation- making me wait in the lobby at midnight. I showed all confirmation emails from the hotel itself ,but they still wouldn't let me check-in until they see on their end as well. They had an outdated check-in system and the customer service line was a mess. Beyond that, the rooms were dusty and had proof of bugs nesting in some areas. The staff are not professional at all as they seemed to be local teenagers who were hired cheaply to handle duties...

“Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. I have stayed at many Ramada hotels, this is definitely the worst one. This place is ruining Ramada’s reputation. the breakfast was below...

“The best shower in India , pressure wise, the state of it it terrible , but it is a good shower Brilliant bed , but looking under it when it moved , they had never cleaned under there forever, used condom wrappers , tissues , and a load of dust ”

“Horrible experience, Bad smell in the rooms and toilet. Bed and sheets are not clean or washed. I have booked two rooms for 4 adults and 1 Child(15Yrs). Even after it is confirmed in the booking form , the hotel manager asked me to pay Rs 1120/- extra for the Child while check out. They did not provide extra bed too.”

“I went to this place after three years and place has gone down.”

“Used as hourly use...very bad zone .”

“No housekeeping”

“There is no buffet breakfast, neither was informed to us earlier during check in. Room size was okay. However, pillows had not been changed, they were dirty. Kettle for making tea was dirty. Overall very disappointing stay, my advice book somewhere else. ”

“ARNAQUE : toutes les photos de cet hôtel ont été générées par l’IA. Même quand il était neuf, cet hôtel ne pouvait ressembler aux photos. Fidèle utilisateur de ce site, c’est la première fois que je vois un tel écart entre les photos et la réalité. Personnel vraiment pas à la hauteur. Salle de restaurant glauque. Ils vous présentent un menu mais vont acheter les plats dans un restaurant à proximité, idem pour la bière qui est servie à température. À fuir….. ”
