The Space
• Large 1365 square foot two story, open-plan condo with room for up to 10 guests
• Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, and a Keurig Duo (K-cups or regular coffee). Fully stocked with cookware, dishes/utensils, glasses, and essentials for hassle free family meals.
• Comfortable open living + dining area with floor to ceiling windows, balcony access, bluetooth speaker, large flat screen TV, and many games for all ages!
• Second floor entry creates a private balcony on each floor. Both are furnished and fully covered to extend the living areas complete with coastal breezes, gulf peek-a-boos, and ceiling fans. Perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire condo except for the owner's closet. Community amenities include the swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court, beach boardwalk, and laundry facilities.
