Kitchen sink was in pieces on the table and had been for a while. Microwave did not work. both issues were listed in reviews by previous renters and claimed to have been fixed but they were never addressed. AC stayed at 77 degrees it was a smart thermostat so no matter what it was manually set to electronically it stayed at its preset temp (it was only mid 70 outside but humid) rental company VERCASA answered and and all of our issues / concerns with autogenerated text answers and never attempted to assist. I placed a review on those listing for the property but it would not post a negative review for people to see. DO NOT USE THE VERCASA COMPANY OR STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.
