  • Welcome to the home away from home of your dreams! This peaceful and well-equipped home has everything you need to experience an unforgettable stay with your family and friends. You are part of the Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community, which means community amenities are available during your stay, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season and an on-site golf, and a fitness center. You will also have access to an extra freezer located in the garage area. In addition, you will enjoy a prime location within walking distance of the beach and fantastic attractions, including Skydive South Texas/Mustang Island Skydiving, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, I. B. Magee Beach Park, downtown Port Aransas, Dolphin Dock Inc., and Port Aransas fishing pier. Restaurants and convenience stores abound nearby as well. Enjoy a beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and well-appointed kitchen. There is nothing like returning home from the beach, the pool, or the on-site golf to spread out comfortably on any of the welcoming sofas in the living area. The large TV will keep you entertained during your stay! Prepare exquisite homemade meals in the modern and well-appointed kitchen, with high-end stainless steel appliances that make cooking a breeze. When mealtime comes, you can enjoy your feast at the gorgeous dining area - there is extra seating at the sparkling island. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, a gas grill, and central air-conditioning. Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible, and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.4 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Palmilla Beach Resort approval.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. The best in beach luxury!

Words and pictures don’t do this place justice. We had a wonderful stay, and this house had something for everyone. There were several place we could congregate as a family and spend quality time together. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, putting green, corn hole, and playing pool. Everything from the house's layout, beautiful design, and cleanliness to its amazing location and walkability made for a vacation our family will remember forever. We absolutely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The house was ample space for us but only 3 showers, so a bit tight. Bring extra kitchen dish towels if you plan on cooking. Big issue that really needs to be addressed is the pest control. At night when the kids were going to sleep in the downstairs bedroom, there were roaches in both the room and game room. Not a good experience. Some of the kids ending up sleeping in the living area on 3rd floor. We had planned on grilling but it needs to be cleaned.

Great House

Great kitchen (only strange thing was no freezer option with kitchen, had to use one on the 1st floor) and bedroom spaces. Easily fit family of 10 with little babies needing separate sleeping spaces.

Loved our stay here!

Our initial rental had water issues, so despite this not being our first choice it ended up being a great fit for our family trip. The home was beautiful and clean and the courtyard with fire pit and grill were perfect for evening fun. Once we got past the need to go up/down 3 flights and use the elevator and adjust to no en suite bathrooms on the second floor (main sleeping area), there was not a complaint that could be made. We loved it here and enjoyed the very short walk to Agave pool.

Magnificent Castle

This is the first time I’ve gone on vacation and lost weight. LOL! We had ours kids and grandkids join us for a three day weekend here. The place is spacious with plenty to occupy multiple generations. Well maintained and equipped, the house is gorgeous and comfortable. Sound does carry a bit from floor to floor and you definitely get your steps in going up and down the stairs (although there is an elevator for easy loading and unloading luggage or when you are wiped out from a day in the sun.) We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous beach house

We absolutely loved staying here over Thanksgiving break. The home was super clean, booking was simple, and Vacasa was responsive when our kids broke something that needed fixing. The yard is HUGE with a fire pit, comfy chairs, tables, and putt putt. The kids loved playing outside. Everything inside was brand new and gorgeous. Our family of five stayed with another family of five and there was more than enough space. The beach is a quick drive away. Being able to rinse off our feet, kids and stuff with the outdoor shower was amazing. The pool is super close, heated and beautiful. I can't wait to go back!

The house was very spacious and never felt crowded, even with 13 family members. The fire pit was not working during our stay. Maintenance did try to fix it, but it was not repairable during our visit. If you are planning on a big group, and plan on cooking, it would be good to bring extra toilet paper, dish towels and dishwasher tablets, silverware and paper plates. There were no wine glasses at the house. We had to make a run to the store for more dish towels, and cleaning supplies. Location was quick access to the beach and has a very limited view or the beach itself.

Perfect Beach Vacay Home for large group

This home was perfect for 3 families. 7 adults and 5 kids. The bunk room was a huge hit for the kids. I loved how many towels were in the house which was a huge help with this many people. The home is beautiful inside and out. We used the outside grill as well. It was great having a safe large outdoor area for the younger kids to play and kick a soccer ball around. There was so much RIGHT about this property. It was perfect for us. Also, there are two bathrooms on the second floor--for some reason I thought there was only one bathroom for the four bedrooms to share on the second floor so that was a wonderful surprise. One of the bathrooms is a jack and jill between two bedrooms.
