• LIVING ROOM: Cozy coastal townhouse with a plush blue sectional, vibrant decor, and a large TV. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with loved ones.
• KITCHEN/DINING: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and essentials. Prefer to eat out? You’re just steps from top local restaurants and cafes.

• BATHROOMS: Four full bathrooms with stand-up showers or tubs, rainfall showerheads, and hair dryers.
• BEACH: Complimentary starter beach set: towels, canopy, cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, football, and chairs. Drive and park directly on Whitecap Beach with a beach permit.
• POOL: Enjoy the community heated pool and grill dinner on the outdoor BBQ. Playscape for children.

HOUSE RULES:
• MAX OCCUPANCY - This unit sleeps up to 16 guests max.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be 25+ to book; under 25 must be with a parent or guardian. Photo ID may be required.
• GUEST POLICY: All guests 18+ must be listed on the booking. Unlisted guests are $150 per person/night. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction without a refund.
• ESSENTIALS: We provide starter trash bags, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Guests should bring or buy extras.
• TOWELS & LINENS: Keep white towels and linens on the property and avoid using them for makeup removal; bring your own remover. Complimentary beach towels are for beach use and must be returned. Missing or damaged towels/linens, including makeup stains, incur a $30 charge each.
• LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out request at 12 PM costs $50 (subject to availability). Overstays incur $75/hour. Not offered in June, July, or August.
• CHECK-IN: Standard time is 4 PM; exact timing may vary. For same-day bookings, allow 2 hours post-booking. Contact us for updates.
• LARGE GATHERINGS: No parties/events. Exceeding guest limits may lead to eviction without refund.
• PET POLICY: Pet fee applies. 2 Pets max. Weight limit 40lbs per pet. Must be house-trained and kenneled if left unattended.
• PROPERTY CONDITION: Properties are cleaned and inspected before arrival. Report issues within 2 hours of check-in, or the property is considered satisfactory. Cleaning staff can address concerns, with documented photos ensuring quality.
• NOISE POLICY: No loud music after 10 PM. Neighbor complaints or police visits may result in eviction without refund.
• SMOKING POLICY: Non-smoking property. A $500 fee applies if smoke odors are detected inside home.
• PARKING: Two reserved parking spaces are available directly in front of the unit (labeled 15103). Additional guest parking is available on Nemo Court. Do not park in the restaurant lot behind the complex, as towing is strictly enforced.
• TRASH POLICY: Please bag all trash and place it in designated bins. Excessive mess beyond normal use may incur extra cleaning fees. A $30 fee applies per bag of trash left behind. Thank you for helping us keep our space clean.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your payment method during your stay for incidental damages. This is a hold, not a charge, and will be automatically released a few days after check-out. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property by themselves or their party.
• LONG-TERM STAYS - Long-term stays available in January and February. Stays greater than 30 days require a background check, signed lease agreement, 25% upfront security deposit, and mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Max occupancy of 4.
• COOKING ODOR POLICY: Please avoid cooking strong-smelling foods (such as curry, fried fish, seafood boils, etc.) inside the home. Lingering odors may result in a $200 deodorization fee.
By booking this property, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with all house rules outlined above. Violations may result in fees, eviction without refund, or other penalties per the listing policies.

TOWELS & LINENS - Our white towels and linens are NOT to be removed from property for any reason nor for make-up removal. Please bring your own make-up remover. We do provide complimentary colorful beach towels for use on the beach. Please ensure the beach towels make it back to property. Any linens/towels rendered damaged or missing due to make-up removal or negligence will incur $30 charge per item.
ESSENTIALS & TOILETRIES: We provide a STARTER set for guests : trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. We do not provide extra essentials. If you predict you will need more, guests are encouraged to bring or purchase extra essentials.
PROPERTY CONDITION - Our properties are cleaned and inspected before your arrival. However, if the unit is not to your satisfaction, please report to us within 2 hours of arrival. If we do not hear from you, we will take it as confirmation that everything is satisfactory. Our cleaning staff is local and will be able to come out to help if anything is missed. We take photos after each cleaning to ensure cleanliness.
LARGE GATHERINGS: No parties or large events. We reserve the right to evict & terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the number of guests on your reservation.
NOISE POLICY: No loud music after 10 PM - any complaints from neighbors or police visitation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of property with no refund for rest of duration of stay.
SMOKING: No Smoking and/or Drugs - This is a non-smoking property. $500 fee charge will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
PET POLICY: A standard pet fee applies to all reservations with pets. A maximum of 2 pets (40 lbs each) is allowed. Pets must be housetrained, leashed when outdoors and kenneled if left unattended. Unreported pets will incur standard fees, and exterior security cameras may be used to monitor unauthorized entry.
PARKING: Two reserved vehicle parking spaces are available directly in front of unit labeled 15103. Additional guest parking is available on the street on Nemo Court. Do NOT park in restaurant parking lot behind the complex. ***Please note towing is strictly enforced on the property so be sure to only park in assigned spot.***
CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is best approximate; housekeeping will make best effort to be ready by 4pm; however, there is no guarantee. For same-day bookings please allow at least two hours after booking for check-in. Contact us for an estimated check-in time.
PROPERTY USE: -Electronics/indoor furniture: please do not modify, disconnect or relocate. -Trash: please empty into dumpsters -Plumbing: Food/grease: in trash. Toilet: only flush toilet paper. Please avoid bulky amount. -BBQ Grill(Gas): must be attended. Clean when done. Cover after cool. No other fires allowed.
COMMERCIAL-BUSINESS BOOKINGS: Commercial groups of 10 or more people traveling for business purposes must pay a $500 security deposit.

This is a very nice property. But
The house is super clean, well maintained and the manager was awesome in helping and communicating. The property does NOT have a PRIVATE pool. They didn't provide enough paper products, dishwashing cloths, or toilet paper. They DID have free coffee, including decaf. I do appreciate the friendly manager and cleanliness. Unfortunately, I cannot refer anyone in my circle.

Amazing stay
It was nice & cute exactly what the photos were online. The host made sure that we were taken care of & great communication. The pool was perfectly heated for night when we were not at the beach. 10/10

Great Family Vacation Home
We had a wonderful time staying at the home! The owner thought of so much! May want to bring some bigger pots/ fry pans if you have a large family. Very clean and every space was well used! We will be back!
