Amazing place

This house was very clean, furniture was comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and such. We will definitely be back! Perfect place for a get away with the family.

Beautiful house! Super clean and easy access to the beach. Only thing we needed more was hand soap :)

Great stay!

This house had a well stocked kitchen, anything you could need to cook with or serve with was in this kitchen. Lots of room for our 7 adults and 2 babies. The location is great close to the boardwalk to the beach and the pool. The resort amenities are a nice addition.

The house was wonderful. The couch was absolutely awful! If they replace the living room furniture we would rent every year. Great amenities. Pools were wonderful. Staff was great.

I highly recommend this beautiful home. It met our family of 8 needs perfectly and was conveniently located near the pools and the beach. I would definitely choose this home again. My only issue is I wish each bedroom had its own bathroom. Two rooms share a bathroom.

This house is in a great location on the property… everything is easily accessible. We were grateful the 3 main bedrooms were on the entry level floor. Living and kitchen areas were 1 flight up. There are several nice balconies for outside enjoyment and a large bunk room on a 3rd level which is a perfect setup for older kids or singles. We had 2 littles with us, so renting a golf cart was essential to getting around.

Great house and location

This is a beautiful beach house located very close to the boardwalk to the beach. We found we didn’t even need to rent a golf cart during our stay because the walk was very doable. The two primary rooms along with the queen room are on the main floor, the living and kitchen are on the second floor, and the three twins are on the third. This was a nice set up for our two families with young children. They provide you with beach towels, which I thought was a nice touch, and there’s an outdoor shower to rinse off before coming back into the house from the beach. The reason I gave the house four stars is because a lot of the soap and shampoo/conditioner containers were near empty, and one bathroom didn’t have body wash. They offer you a two day supply of dishwasher soap, but that’s about all that’s complimentary. For the price it would’ve been nice to see maybe a few coffee pods, laundry pods, kitchen staples (salt, pepper, cooking oil).

Loved our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend. The house was especially clean and nicely accommodated our group of 8. Beautiful furnishings, furniture, and amenities. And the location can't be beat; it's right next to the beach bridge, and just a 1/2 min walk to the Oasis pool and restaurants. The only things that could be improved are: --offer a larger living room sofa (it was tiny); there are 2 additional armchairs in the living room, but the couch + chairs only can seat 4 people. I would recommend replacing it with a sectional so that at least 8 people can sit comfortably in the living room. --offer (real) glass wine glasses and champagne flutes; the only wine glasses provided were plastic --offer more outdoor seating on the 2nd floor decks (front & back); we had to move the seating back and forth between decks --only the master bedroom and 3rd floor kids' room have ensuite bathrooms; the other king bedroom and queen bedroom have to share a bathroom. Besides the minor suggestions above, the house was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back to Palmilla no doubt!
