The spacious living area offers direct gulf views, with stylish wooden floors and coastal-inspired decor throughout. Gaze across the waves from the comfy sectional or two matching armchairs. In the evenings, host a movie night on the 55-inch TV. The large and open kitchen makes it easy for the chef to cook and chat with your group. Dish up meals at a wooden dining table. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer.

Prepared to be wowed by the gulf-front views from your wraparound deck. There’s seating for seven to relax in the sun and watch the rolling surf. After hitting the beach, rinse off at the convenient outdoor shower. Then sizzle seafood and veggies on the barbecue grill.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Take advantage of low monthly winter rates. This home is on the beach. There will be sand in the driveway and around the home. While not required, we recommend 4 wheel drive.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: Ring Camera located on the front of the home with views of the driveway.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
