The full kitchen will meet your culinary needs with spacious granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony in the Bay breeze with a view of the pool and hot tub area. The guest room (BR1) has a Queen bed, nightstands, and a closet. This room has a sliding door for privacy from the living room. Venture to the master bedroom (BR2) which has a King bed, nightstands, TV, and chest for your beach attire. The shared bathroom is at the end of the hall with double vanities and a separate tub/shower area, perfect for more than one getting ready at once. The full-size washer and dryer are neatly tucked inside a closet in the bathroom. The master bedroom has a private access to the bathroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
