Enjoyed the house, especially the well equipped kitchen. The screened in porch was a great place to have morning coffee and evening cocktails! We were so close to the pool and enjoyed taking a dip to cool off each day.

The property was nice, a little hard to find the house at first. A property map would be helpful before arrival. Parking is sufficient for our 1 vehicle, but room for 2. The house was a perfect set up for our group. It had all the household amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable as well! That’s a plus in a rental. It was great! We would definitely stay there again!

Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia
The house wasn’t very clean. There was trash and sticky stuff everywhere. The downstairs shower leaks so bad it is unusable, and water was dripping from the living room ceiling when the upstairs shower was used. Every dish had to be rewashed to be used. Bring your own towels and blankets.

Your vacation awaits

This house was amazing. Home away from home. We brought all our food with us and only had to leave the house to go to the beach. We were able to park our jeep in the garage and rent a golf cart to haul us around. Plenty of sleeping room and they provide everything for you to start with. Will definitely book again!!

Family yearly beach trip

The location was great. It was our first time being on a ferry. The restaurants, shops and grocery stores were easy to get to either with a golf cart or vehicle. The weather was warm. The rain only came once during our stay. The house was just a short walk to the pool. The pool was nice also. The house was quite clean and vlwell equipped with what we needed.

Great Family Vaction House

Very clean, well-appointed house. The only watch out is “the beach access’’ is approximately a mile from the house. A golf cart is a recommended add-on if you are hauling beach or fishing gear.

Best trip ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had three generations stay here. We grandparents stayed in the downstairs bedroom, our son and wife in the Master bedroom, and our three grandchildren in the third room. The house is spacious. We especially loved the screened-in porch and the outside seating in the evening was cooler with a breeze . The proximity to the beach was mere minutes.

My Happy Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting from Port A Escapes since 2011 and have really benefited from this. We have stayed in Village Walk several times and love the heated pools and the accommodation provided. We especially love the prompt service if repairs need doing or help of any kind is needed. We look forward to next year in Village Walk. We have enjoyed renting from Brenda who has retired and now Melissa who was lovely and helpful.

Nice stay

It was a nice home but only one tv in the living room and in only 1 bedroom. 2 other bedrooms no tv. House wasn’t clean upon arrival. Very dirty floors. Party next door until 3am kept me and my son up all night. Nice location close to the beach.

Perfect location and Spacious

Our stay was relaxing and located in a more quiet street than others on the next block. We enjoyed the spacious and colorfully decorated beach house as well as the enclosed patio that led to a quaint walkway aligned with beautiful plants, trees and flowers. The main bedroom upstairs with an attached bathroom was a wonderful get-away, and there was a door for privacy enclosing both bathroom and bedroom with a closet in its little hallway. The only concerning thing was that the balcony upstairs had soft flooring with buckling paint and surface that looked and felt like old water damage; plus part of railing at bottom was separated from the middle post.
