Upon reaching the room, had problems getting the key card to do anything. Finally got in. Went to take a shower and no towels in the room. Got dressed again and walked to the office to get towels, manager apologized and gave me gray colored white towels. Walked back to the room and the key card wouldn’t work at all. Thank goodness my wife was there to open up. The toilet ran all night. The ceiling fan had a horrible coating of black dirt on the blades. Towel rack at the lavatory was torn off the wall. Microwave didn’t have the glass plate to set your dish on so it was unusable. Bathtub was dangerously slick. Next morning walked to the front for the continental breakfast that was advertised. Was told that they haven’t served breakfast since COVID. Really?? I highly recommend staying away from this place. I learned my lesson about not reading reviews. Apparently, this place has been terrible for a long time.

Made reservations for 2 rooms & called ahead to ensure we'd be able to check in after hours. We used the small window for check in. When we tried the keys, they didn't work. I had to walk back to the window for keys. This was a foreshadowing of MORE surprises. I know this is a road side motel. Still I want a clean room. There were stains on the furniture, window curtains, shower curtain, sheets smelled like they'd been slept in, & towels were gray (beyond dingy). Even if we were EXHAUSTED, the road noise & train were unyielding. We will revert to the motel next door ... which is plain but clean.

Doesn’t deserve the stars it has.
The manager was rude. They put me in a corner. And the room was gross. They didn’t bother to vacuum, there was a pillow case and bedspread with stains on it. The wash rag was 5x darker than the bath towels. No hand towels offered. The blow dryer didn’t work. I got this for convenience but next time I’ll drive the extra 30 min for at least minimum satisfaction.

This was very average. This is one of those hotels that charges your card for the entire stay before you check out. They keep the lobby closed during the morning so if you have business you have to talk to someone through a window and they may not be completely dressed. It is ok and I would stay there again because there arent many options there. The room was clean and they serviced every day however I didnt want service but there was not a DND sign or tag anywhere. No breakfast and small throw pillows on the bed for pillows. By far not the worst place but it is only average and the door has two locks on it, easy access and about 3 miles from restaurants. There is a convenience store right next door, that is a plus.

The only thing I didn't like was that, they didn't have enough soap to bath with. I had to ask for more soap. The only soap was to wash the hands. This was a nice propert.

All rooms are on the outside and the walkways look worn out and dirty which made you uneasy as to what the rooms may be like. Our room had an odor which may have been disinfectant. The towels were worn out and a little stained. It just didn't feel fresh and clean. We were happy to find a place to stay so close to Sinton. Other than being a little run down, we had no problems. The pool was the best part.

I liked how close it was to Sinton. All the rooms are on the outside and the walkways where unkept. That gave me an uneasy feeling about what to expect in the rooms. The room had a smell to it and it just didn't feel fresh. The towels and wash cloths were just old and a little stained. I think that it had seen better days. The pool looked great and well cared for. I'm sure there just isn't much business for motels in that area.

The staff was friendly but the room itself smelled like mold. The microwave was half working and some plugs were not working at all. The morning was even more disappointing when the owner informed us that there was no breakfast even though it is advertised as there is.

Motel is in really deteriorated condition. And even if it wasn’t, rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned, smelled, so they are dusty, fan didn’t work in one, ac barely worked in another, and whole trail of bugs making their own community in another. Will never go again.

NO breakfast! Not even a banana or toast with jelly nothing! Not even coffee in the lobby. "We're not doing breakfast." this despite the sign outside advertising breakfast and the sign inside in the lobby posting the breakfast times. All we really wanted was good lobby coffee because you know how bad the in room packets are.

Not pleased with room. Bathroom tub looked dirty . It had stains in tub,towels looked old. Mattress was good but sheets were not tucked in giving the appearance of not so fresh bed. Over all it was a dirty room. Would not recommend .

Dissatisfied customer
Nothing like expected. Pictures on site are false advertisement. When we checked in they notified us no complementary breakfast which should have been mentioned on the site so I could have made reservations at another hotel. Bathrooms were old not very clean, not all the lights worked, room had an order. Overall very disappointed.

It seemed as if they cut corners where ever they could. Advertised free breakfast online and on sign out front. No breakfast, not even extra coffee. Minimal coffee in room. One bar of soap, 1 shampoo. No other toiletries. Might expect it in a $60 hotel but $95? Saw several bugs crawling across the floor. Shower had a serious leak. Couch was old and dingy looking. Checked out exercise room. Had broken air conditioners in doorway as you came in.

Nothing unique. Free Breakfast posted online and on entrance billboard. Not offered due to Covid. But still mis-advertising Free Breakfast. Musty odor in room and generally run down curtains and bathroom.

The room was cleaned but in need of repair. Tile was ripped off the front of the sink and piled on the floor beneath it. The tub had rust in it and I stood in 3-4 inches of water during my shower. There was nothing for breakfast in the office including coffee. I couldn't get door to shut correctly, my husband had to lift on the handle while slamming it until the latch would catch.

It was okay, because i had a Bed, but on my Reservation i said Non-Smoking Please, and they gave me a Smoking Room.

The hotel is one of only two hotels in Sinton Texas. The other is a Motel 6, which I will not stay at...my only disappointment was that my room, the last available, was a smoking room...I have never smoked and I can't stand the smell..I later found out that the hotel was completely booked do to a large construction project near by and all of the workers were staying there...the innkeeper did his best, but there were no other choices in the immediate vacinity..so a can of GLADE helped me survive the night...I've stayed here before, about 20 years ago..it is remodeled, clean and with exception of the smell, reasonable for one night.

If you want to be treated with great service don’t bother going here. Spent the whole day in corpus and while arriving at the hotel getting off my car the manager came to my car and told us to keep the noise down because we already had a noise complain.. Not sure how if we weren’t there all day! They are rude when you ask for something or call front desk. The managers walk back and forth looking and making loud comments. Very u comfortable. They basically stood outside our door around check out so we could leave. Family at the hotel down the street had a better experience, i would for sure just rent a hotel in corpus next time!
