Fantastico condominio nuovissimo a Pirates Bay!

Questa nuovissima comunità è appena fuori dal centro di Port Aransas. Offre una favolosa piscina di accesso alle piste, vicino a molti dei ristoranti, bar e negozi che Port Aransas ha da offrire. È un'unità a un piano che ha due camere da letto entrambe con letti king size. Ci sono due bagni completi, con asciugacapelli, e la cucina ha tutto il necessario per cucinare il pescato del giorno. L'arredamento colorato e l'esterno sono un complimento perfetto per un meraviglioso fine settimana o settimana in questo condominio. Il condominio offre 3 TV e 3 lettori DVD con connessione internet wireless. C'è anche un camino elettronico nel soggiorno. Questa unità non accetta animali domestici ed è consentito fumare solo all'esterno. C'è un parcheggio per due auto e una barca. Vieni, rilassati e divertiti !!

Cute Tidy Condo!

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to the coast. There are two bedrooms with King size beds and both had an adjoining bathroom with shower, etc. The location is just inside the complex and parking was very convenient. The pool is just a few short steps from the condo and was a nice place to hang out after a day at the beach. The location is close to the beach and next to a Valero gas station which was convenient for snacks and ice. We have no complaints! The only staff I interacted with was the maintenance guy and he was very nice and helpful! Overall great place to stay!

Surprisingly big and spacious

Enjoyed my time with my husband and kids. Close to the pool and down the way from shopping , food and beach. Overall very pleasant experience.

Memorial Weekend Fishing Trip

Stayed at the property with my wife and son for memorial day weekend. Very nice and spacious unit. The space met our expectations. Very convenient parking included.

Clean place to stay

Family of 4 (kids 15 & 11) on a short weekend trip. We had family with an RV parked on the beach so we just needed a place to sleep. This place was roomy and clean. Short drive to beach. The only complaints we had were… tv remotes in bedrooms and plugs in master bedroom did not work and the beds were not the most comfortable .

Had a fantastic time here. Grounds, pool and landscaping are absolutely beautiful. Severely over priced, though, but we wanted the get away so we took it.

Annual Trip

The Property was beautiful and perfect for our family. The only negative I’d say would be the clientele of people there at the property, lots of teenagers running around with bad language and inappropriate conversations had in front of our children and the community pool. The atmosphere was beautiful and very relaxing.

My only complaint is that the pools were not clean so we did not get to use those. Getting sun was one of the main reasons we came to Port A, so that was disappointing. But the overall experience and rental unit were great. We would definitely come back!

I only had 2 gripes. 1- the pool needed to be cleaned and 2- the can openers did not work. Otherwise, I would definately recommend this place to everybody.

Both of the beds were extremely hard... got very little sleep. This was the consensus of all three people that used the beds. The sleeper sofa wasn't much better... it was lumpy and you could actually feel the springs. Sorry to be a downer... great place, but wouldn't rent it again because of the beds.

The place we stayed The Ahoy Matey was awesome. Best of all it was really clean! I loved the outdoor sitting area where we had coffee ever morning. We were only minutes away from the beach, stores,resturants and shopping. I have already recommended this place to my friends and family. It's also pet friendly which is a huge plus for me.Thanks to Port A Escapes Ms. Brenda for finding us this remarkable place in such a short time. We Loved It and can't wait to go back.

Why would a guest bring garbage bags?

Reviewer Comments: I was happy with the property until I discovered that while staying at a high end property, I was expected to not only provide toilet paper & garbage bags, but if I didn't take my garbage out back, I would be fined $50.00!!!! I have stayed many places & have never encountered this. I will not recommend this property for this reason.

A Pirates Life for Me

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In all seriousness, Ahoy Matey is a great little cottages to stay in on your trip to Port A. The building is recent construction, 2011 I believe, and it looks it. Everything is new and crisp, with none of that Texas coast decay feeling to it. The management company was a delight to work with, first the online reservations are easy and intuitive, arriving to pickup the keys at the office I found very friendly people who are knowledgeable of the area. Patrick is the guy running the show there if you are interested in any extras (like buggy rental) be sure to ask him, he knows where you can at least find a relative deal. (It is a tourist town, remember). The only reason I gave 4 stars on the location is because the property is a bit far from the beach, though you could still easily walk there in 15 - 20 minutes. I would gladly stay at this property again.
