Questo meraviglioso condominio con 2 letti / 2 bagni al piano terra, recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con vista sul canale, è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, piscina riscaldata in inverno, vasca idromassaggio, centro fitness all'avanguardia 24 ore su 24, stagno per la pesca d'acqua salata alimentato dal vivo con molo proprietà, è stato aggiornato a novembre 2018. Offriamo un letto king size e un letto matrimoniale con federe e un divano letto matrimoniale con materasso memory foam. Abbiamo anche 2 splendide case a schiera a Nemo Cay: 2 letti (6 posti letto) "Wing Inn" VRBO # 607521 "e sorella 3 letti della porta accanto (8 posti letto)" Leave a Lure "VRBO # 607522 per gruppi più grandi o affittare entrambi, come così come un nuovo 2 bdrm, piano terra, vista piscina, a piedi dalla spiaggia VRBO # 465887. Ottimi ristoranti, negozi, facile passeggiata in spiaggia, molo di Bob Hall per pescare e mangiare sull'acqua. Noleggio di carrelli da spiaggia e parco acquatico Schlitterbahn, nonché la vita della grande città di Corpus Christi con ottimi ristoranti, tour della USS Lexington, Acquario di Stato, tour di pesca e l'incantevole città di Port Aransas a soli 20 minuti dalla costa, tour di pesca al largo, charter nautici, Sand Fest ad aprile assolutamente da vedere, ottimi ristoranti e vita notturna. Tanto da offrire, quindi vieni a trascorrere le tue vacanze o un weekend e rilassati con le dita dei piedi nella sabbia. Assolutamente vietato fumare, gli animali domestici possono essere considerati ma devono essere approvati dal gestore con un costo aggiuntivo.

While traveling to Texas, the property manager Veronica was absolutely courteous and communicative. She text me various times to see if we had checked in and if we were ok which was a plus! She let me know that the condo had been cleaned and sanitized which was a good feeling. We arrived at the location pretty late night as road tripping is stop and go when you have children. We arrived at the location and went in to the property which looked cute, but then as we took a good look, everything looked so dirty and gross. The cushions in the dining room table were so stained with water stains & feathers everywhere. There was not even vacuuming done during clean up at this point. I usually disinfect places we stay and it takes me about 30 minutes because my daughter has medical conditions and I need to make sure that mostly the bathrooms are super clean & sanitized. However, after inspecting the entire house, it was super filthy. I had to wash the bedding as we found bugs and yellow stains on the bedding and at this point wash all the towels as I was pretty grossed out after seeing bugs in the bed and how dirty the house was.I had to clean out the fridge as it was filthy! I sent a message to the owner after and I had said I wouldn't post this but after consideration and the lack of apology and attention to this, I have to be open and clear about the bad conditions. I was not offered a discount not a refund for these matters. Very disappointed in this stay,

Babies 1st trip

This was our 9 months old 1st vacation, and our 13 year old son with special needs loved this place. Very easy on communication, very clean apon arrival. Kids loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. Was the perfect place for our stay.

Corpus weekend trip

This was the perfect location. Beach access was right around the corner and the pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy. Very satisfied with our stay here. Property manager was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. The only negative was the area by the grill outside was pretty noisy one night and unfortunately was right outside our window. Would definitely stay here again, my kids loved every bit of this trip!

Nice property

It is a beautiful property and well maintained! I would suggest providing a beach umbrella and some chairs for the beach.For the guests I would suggest having a vehicle when you come to stay because there’s really very little other than the beach close by.

Summer Vacation / Birthday

This place was PERFECT for our family, with littles (10M and 3y). The pool and splash pad were a big hit, and the beach was so close! The house was spacious and felt plenty big for us all. Jim was so fast to respond to anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Happy Toddlers

Everything was so easy and amazing. This place made travel with toddlers much more relaxing. I love that the pool was right outside and the extra pirate ship play yard helped as well. Quick and easy access to the beach and stores. We can't wait to come back.

The house and property look like they belong on a postcard. The location is excellent with the pool right out the front door and the beach only a short walk away. My family of six was very comfortable here, and we would definitely stay again when we want another beach getaway.

Wonderful stay!

Great location, one block from the beach and with a pool right outside the door there is something for everyone. Access to a grill and laundry and a well appointed kitchen made it easy to stay for a week. I would stay here again next time we are down this way.
