Welcome to FINAL APPROACH, an aviation themed home on Mustang Island in Port Aransas! Brand new construction home just minutes from the beach! With over 2830 square feet, this 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath new home has enough room for three generations of your family and friends to make some awesome memories!! Featuring king beds in four rooms, a queen bedroom guest room and a bonus bunk room! Three primary suites offer their own private bathrooms. Three separate living areas with a game room downstairs add extra space for relaxation! The loft area has a sleeper sofa to enjoy TV or movie watching and an entry floor game room has a space to play a card game with friends. Rinse off under the outdoor shower before relaxing at your own private pool and lounge area. Included downstairs is a commercial ice machine to fill your coolers!

Spend the day at the beach with friends and family, located just a couple blocks away. Check out the local shops and dining just a few minutes down the road.

Final Approach

I took our entire family for our annual stay in Port A, this house fit us perfectly, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen was well appointed, living area was a nice open concept, plenty of parking, the pool was perfect for the grand kids, we had 15 people total and it was never crowded, great place!!!

An ideal beach house at an unbeatable price, this home was stunningly beautiful and perfectly suited for families and larger gatherings. Our group of 16 found the space both comfortable and roomy. The pool and game room on the first floor were fantastic additions, providing endless entertainment for the kids throughout the night. The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s evident that a lot of thought went into the homes decor, with numerous small details that made it feel welcoming and unique. The upgraded appliances, bathrooms and cozy beds were delightful additions that enhanced our overall experience. Located just a few blocks from the beach, it was conveniently accessible for quick trips if we forgot anything. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for future visits.
