  • Completamente rinnovato, dentro e fuori per la stagione 2014! Questa è una meravigliosa casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. La zona giorno è aperta e spaziosa. La nuova TV da 46 'è perfetta per l'intrattenimento notturno. Il master ha un letto king size, bagno privato e TV. Le camere hanno una regina e le altre due serie di letti a castello singoli. La capienza massima in questa unità è di 8 persone. È amico degli animali e è consentito fumare solo all'esterno. La cucina è completamente arredata con frullatore, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto completo. What a beautiful beach house! Our favorite dog-friendly beach house so far. Very Clean, no weird odors (doggy or mildew). Beautifully decorated. Wonderful location - halfway between Port A and north Padre. Enjoyed the views and the close access to the beach. Unfortunately due to a family medical emergency we had to cut our vacation short after only a few days, but we’ll be back as soon as we can.

Great house, consistently solid location

Great spot right on the water, minimal beach traffic, and very comfortable home. Plenty of room for everyone, quiet location, and the beach access is so easy and close to the water - it's literally 75ft from the back door to the sand! Highly recommended and will continue to return!

Prefect location, full kitchen fit lots of cooking, carpet upstairs needs replacing. Would go back tomorrow.

Great spot!

Lots of rooms and had everything we needed. Walk down to the beach was super close and easy. I only wish the grounds were covered in sticker weeds. My dog and us were stuck with dozens of them.

Siesta by the Sea

We really enjoyed our stay. Excited about the view from the decks and short walk to beach. Even though weather was cool, we walked on the beach each day with our dogs. Kitchen was great for cooking and beds were very comfortable. The couch and living area were great for hanging out together and after Thanksgiving nap. Thank you so much. We enjoyed our stay!!

Quick May Getaway

I really enjoyed our quick getaway. House was clean and in a cute little gated community. Great location right on beach and house located just a short 5-10 minute ride into Port A in one direction or North Padre in the other. The only thing I wished the house had was beach towels and more full size cleaning items (dish soap, hand soap, kitchen counter disinfectant/cleaner). Other than that I really enjoyed the house and our stay.

Long weekend stay

Great time, great place. Very short walk to beach which is tough to find in that area. Easy to get to Port A for dinner or whatever else. Only hiccup we had was wifi wasn't working, but the property management co couldn't have been more helpful. Offered to send someone out relatively late at night. (We deferred to morning and they got up and running right away.) Would go back!

Beach "Perfect" Beauty

Reviewer Comments: This Beauty was a short walk over the "boardwalk" to beach....(2 min.) and had pool right beside it....We could see the waves rolling in to the beach. The only problem I had was that I didn't rent it for 2 more least. I hope it is available next year when I decide to go to Port Aransas!!! Management was perrrrfect!

Property was ok. They beed instructions on how to work TV. Air conditioning on 3rd floor was sparce aka it was hot up there.

Overall very nice. Door to second floor porch would barely open. Major pain. Need to do something about sticker burrs in grass, they are horrible. Not down there to watch TV but living room tv appears to be non HD. Very blurry. King suite tv had no volume working. Just little things. Again, overall I would book again. Nothing you can’t overcome.

Great November Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location next to pool and boardwalk to beach. Clean inside, the kitchen was well provided for. We definitely used the washer/dryer and appreciated the ability to have our dogs there. Unfortunately the grassy areas are all covered in sand burrs. We had to carry the dogs over the grass. The driveway is a little tight for two cars, but the excess parking is close. We had a battery that needed a jump the last day and the property manager came out with cables! Great service.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of the stay was Great! Positive notes: clean, great access to the beach, dog friendly, check-in process was easy, extra parking lot. Negative notes: clothes dryer and TV did not work. Regarding other comments: “sticky burrs in carpet” I did not notice any burrs inside the house unless we brought them in. For dogs- the grass by the condo and the parking lot has burrs. Instead walk your dog by the entry gate north east side (near the green condo with the boat) and they won’t get burrs.
