  • Questa casa con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni si trova proprio sulla spiaggia di Port Aransas. Questa casa a due piani dispone di tutta la zona giorno al secondo piano che consente di godere di splendide viste dalla maggior parte delle stanze della casa. Il maestro ha un letto king size e un bagno padronale del re con un'enorme vasca da giardino e una doccia spaziosa. La seconda camera ha un re. La terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e la quarta camera da letto due letti a castello con un pieno sul fondo e un gemello in alto. La casa dormirà un totale di 12 persone. Il soggiorno e la zona cucina sono aperti e sono il luogo perfetto da visitare la sera. Gulfwater ha una bella piscina comunitaria e una passerella sulla spiaggia. Beautiful property! Amazing view of the beach. Really nice the beach access was a boardwalk with no stairs. Only ask is to have more kitchen trash bags available. Thank you.

Fantastic property, as great as advertised! The check in process wasn’t as smooth as other VRBOs we have used but wasn’t completely horrible either. We will definitely reuse this property again!!!

The house was great and we enjoyed our stay! My only criticism is the AC not being able to be lowered below 74. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Fabulous 4th of July place for family and kids! A little rough start, air conditioning wasn’t working first night, but property got someone out with in the hour and fixed it! The location and huge living area was great, also, the pool being downstairs and fenced in was perfect for our little ones. Will definitely come back. Thank you!PS, blender was broken. We donated a new one to your place. Family time, priceless

This property is in the back of an RV resort. The pictures don't really portray that so we thought we were in the wrong place upon arrival. The house was nice, had everything that you needed to cook and entertain. The grill outside was not really usable, could be replaced and the stairs made it a little harder for my in laws to get in and out of the house, but otherwise was a nice place.

The accommodations were wonderful. Only issue was there was an investigation problem in the kitchen. We were able to control the situation by making sure that all the food was not left on the counter.

Excellent location, beautiful view.

Can’t beat the location, easy walk over the boardwalk to the beach. Oddly in an RV park, but very nice overall. House is well apppointed. Heated pool is great, even in the cool of winter. And again, the location is the best around.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary at this beach house in Port Aransas with family and a couple close friends, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was ideal for gathering together, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach. We loved the outdoor spaces, especially the pool for soaking up the sun and deck where we shared morning coffee and evening stargazing. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook family meals and celebrate together.It was the perfect setting for such a special milestone, and we’ll cherish the memories we made here. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a Port A Escape, whether for a big celebration or just a peaceful beach vacation.

Perfect family get away

This house was perfect for our family get away. The view was beautiful! In addition to the easy beach access, our family loved the pool (plenty big enough for all of us), the foosball table was high quality (something my teenagers value), the retro arcade game was a lot of fun too. We like to cook when we travel and the kitchen was one of the best I’ve stayed in as far as new appliances and cooking utensils, etc. The RV park itself is also very nice - high end, beautiful spots, pool, ponds and rec house. We would love to stay here again!

Great house

Great layout for our group of nine, all on one level. Good kitchen and a good charcoal grill for steaks. Great view of the ocean from the main room. Big area on the ground floor to play pool & ping ping or just sit and drink beer on a rainy day at the beach. Easy walk to the beach. Quiet, safe location, easy drive into town. We will return.

The pool was an extra plus for our grandkids and a great end to each beach day. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and dinnerware. In addition to the amenities listed, there was a pool table and a ping pong table in the "garage" There were also some extra beach toys and some boogie boards. We will definitely plan to stay there again!

The interior of the house was very nice and met our needs perfectly, however the cleaning crew needs to do a better job of cleaning under the indoor grill (pretty gross). The outside electrical outlets need to be fixed and the missing siding on the backside is an eye sore, but the pool was fantastic. We would certainly stay there again.

On the water.

Loved the location and the view, that all living areas were on one level, the private pool. The kitchen was very functional and very well equipped. Negatives: it sleeps 12 but only if you put 6 in one room. A sleeper sofa in the extra living area would have been great.
