Bellissimo condominio nuovo di zecca con piscina comunitaria entrata pendio!

Questa comunità è appena fuori dal centro di Port Aransas. Offre una favolosa piscina di accesso alle piste, vicino a molti dei ristoranti, bar e negozi che Port Aransas ha da offrire. Una camera ha un re. La seconda camera ha una regina. C'è un futon full size nel soggiorno. Ci sono due bagni completi e la cucina ha tutto il necessario per cucinare il pescato del giorno. L'arredamento colorato e l'esterno sono un complimento perfetto per un meraviglioso fine settimana o settimana in questo condominio. Il condominio offre 3 TV con connessione internet wireless. Questa unità accetta animali domestici e non è permesso fumare. Parcheggio barca disponibile. C'è un parcheggio per due auto. Vieni, rilassati e divertiti !!

Beautiful, clean condo in nice area!

The place was very nice, very clean, the pools and playground were perfect for families and kids. The place was well stocked. I would stay there again. The only down side is it’s on the bayside and not the beach side but it was so nice, I’d still stay there again.

Great place for adults

Floor plan was perfect for two couples that still want privacy. Kitchen set up was great, had everything that we needed. We were kinda of skeptical thinking this was a huge kid place but it was nice and quiet when we were there.

Easter weekend

We really enjoyed the cottage and the amenities. The was plenty of space for everyone. The only thing is that the dryer didn't work very well. Other than that, the whole family had a great time

Cottage was nice

Cottage and grounds were nice. Only negative is that the property is on the other side of 361 and you cannot drive a golf cart across 361.

When we had an issue with the unit we were staying, we called or texted the front office and they responded within 10 minutes each time.

Birthday getaway

Nice layout with outdated decor. The sheets were a bit rough and the master bedroom bedspread had a big stain on it. Needs to be replaced. The guest bedroom has no curtains and broken plastic blinds. Bright lights shine through all night. It was fine for the price point.

Great pools & location, interior needs work

The property is in an excellent location - close to the beach and the center of town, easy to get around. The pools are wonderful and great for kids. The management company was responsive to our issues. The condo imterior left a few things to be desired. The furniture and beds in general were uncomfortable, the TV could only be seen from three seats in the living room. The guest bedroom has a window that is constantly exposed to light, so the room never gets dark, which made sleeping hard. The TV in the guest bedroom has a DVD player, but no access to cable or streaming services, which was not disclosed, so unless you bring DVDs, the TV is useless. With a little updating of furniture and consideration of comfort, it could be a great place.

I have stayed many times with Port A Escapes and they are always professional and fix any problems. I have to say my first impression of this place was disappointing. There were weeds in the courtyard and they only multiplied and grew during the month. But the inside was nice and provided what I needed. Thanks.

The entire condo smelled like insence.Dishes had food stuck in them.Rug and floor was filthy.Fan blades, above shelves, behind TV, had 1in pile of dust, shower had dust in it. Porch area was filthy, looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months.There were other people's items left behind the bed and couch. After we asked maintenance to come by to figure out where the smell was coming from, they said they have 300 rentals and they cannot monitor them all, and dropped off a can of OZIUM which you cannot spray around people.

Decent Getaway

A little pricey for what you get. AC in the unit did not cool well - never got below 75 in 2 days. We contacted rental company and a maintenance person was sent only to tell us it was working fine. Again never cooled to the temp we had it set at which was a reasonable 70. One pan for cooking and no dish dishwasher detergent on site but we were expected to run the dishwasher before we left!! Fortunately, I had some packed so we were covered there. Considered a late check out but at $50 an hour decided against it. Returned keys and voiced the concerns with the AC, received a shoulder shrug and an “OK” the employee seemed extremely unconcerned with the complaint. Great pool areas and decent spot to grill!!
