“Breakfast was cold and when asked a staff member if adding more of an item she said no because it was frozen. It was barely 8:30am She was even in a bad mood. The other older lady was very sweet picking up trash from customers and always smiling Our room really smelled and humidity was bad if ac was under 64 degrees. No towels were left on second day. Pool was very clean ”

“Their complimentary breakfast is always a treat. In fact, besides the views, that's the reason we keep returning. The air conditioning was a bit warm. Unable to change rooms due to no rooms were available.”

“Saw several roaches our first night and could not use tv as our remote needed batteries. I don’t believe our sheets were changed before arriving and don’t believe our room was cleaned either. Was grateful for extra set of batteries for tv, without tv working the stay would not have been worth it. Was also grateful room had mini kitchen. Mini kitchen did come with silverware and basic cookware, also came with sponge (was used several times before our stay, smelled awful) and dish dawn soap. Took...
