Siamo lieti di annunciare che la piscina Village Walk Phase 1 è ora riscaldata!
Vieni a rilassarti nella casa sulla spiaggia di Jack! Nel momento in cui entri in questa casa ti sentirai come in vacanza. Colori vivaci e divertenti e luce naturale ti danno il benvenuto. La planimetria è stata progettata per offrirti grandi spazi per goderti il tuo tempo. Il soggiorno con cucina a vista e la sala da pranzo sono il luogo di ritrovo perfetto per la cena in famiglia e persino la serata al cinema con una bella TV a schermo piatto. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare 10 persone per ospitare famiglie numerose. La master suite si trova al primo piano e ha un letto king size. Ci sono tre camere da letto e il secondo piano, tra cui una seconda master suite. Tutte e quattro le camere sono dotate di bagno privato e TV. Il secondo maestro include un re insieme a un bagno privato. La casa offre molti extra come un ampio ponte con 8 sedie a dondolo per guardare i tramonti sereni. Tutti i comfort di casa sono qui, questa casa offre 2 grill, uno piccolo, uno grande e un nuovo dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino! Questa casa accetta animali domestici! Prima di recarti a Port Aransas / Village Walk, ti preghiamo di pianificare il numero corretto di veicoli che guidi in base alle seguenti regole:
1) Jack's Place VW7 offre 3 parcheggi pavimentati, 2 nel vialetto e 1 nel garage. Se noleggi un carrello da golf, c'è un piccolo spazio laterale per il carrello.
 
2) I tag di parcheggio saranno forniti da Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
 
3) Tutti i veicoli devono essere parcheggiati nel vialetto di VW 7. Nessun parcheggio in strada, nessun parcheggio nelle zone rosse e nessun parcheggio in altri passi carrai del villaggio
 
4) Niente barche, rimorchi, autobus, camper ammessi in Village Walk
 
5) Il rimorchio sarà applicato rigorosamente

We loved the layout of the home. I give everything 5 stars but the total stay was not that great. Our ac would not work. The ac company that came said the owners had a lock on a set schedule . It was set at 75! So hot! But they (portaescapes) quickly tried to help us fix it and bought a portable ac to help with the situation..items in the kitchen are not that great. Need some new pots and things. We did not have a canopener , potato mashers,potato peeler or a wine opener . Bare minimum. But over all we had a great time. We really enjoyed the upstairs rocking area.

Great place to stay! Roomy, clean, lovely walking path to the pool, and beach was a quick drive down the road. Pool was about 4 homes away which was great! There was road noise from the traffic along the road. And the dumpster was a 30 second walk, which was great but we woke up to the garbage truck picking up trash early in the morning. Both things were minor, and I still give this place 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again!

The place was exactly as listed and the pictures, Beautifuly decorated and spacious. I like that Every room had its own bathroom. When we arrived the cleaning service did not leave any paper towels, so I called the propert mgr and they immediately brought them out. I will Say the floors were still a bit dirty in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms when we arrived. We did have issues with parking. I think because it was during spring break people were parking in our driveway so we werent able to park Our own vehicles at our rental. Which was very frustrating.. other that I would definitely stay at Jacks place again.

Jack’s place was wonderful. We went for 3 nights at the beginning of Spring break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone, the decor was lovely and the house was very clean. You can tell your management company is doing a great job. Thank you for having us as your guests. It was a pleasure and I will highly recommend Jack’s Place!

Really enjoyed our stay with the large living/dining area that seats everyone. Very nice accommodations all the way around. Great stocked kitchen, nice bed linens, and beautiful open upper deck for sunsets. We will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable for our party of 7. Clean, great location, and plenty of natural light. Grill was dirty when we got there, and entrance and exit layout is less than ideal. Overall very nice place, though.

The property was beautiful, it was very close to the beach, driving distance is 10 min. The only thing is that this property does not include golf cart access, which would be nice. We would consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed this beautiful house and our vacation to Port Aransas! The house was perfect for our group. We loved that we all had our own bathroom. Especially when coming home from the beach. We didn’t have to wait our turn to shower and clean up. All of the bedrooms had plenty of space and beds were comfortable. The living room and kitchen were large and perfect for our group to cook and hang out. Kitchen was equipped with all you need (except spices so don’t forget your S&P). We loved the porch with the rocking chairs. It was a great place to hang out in the evening. We had 3 small cons. 1) bedroom tv’s didn’t work. No biggie since you shouldn’t be watching tv on vacation anyways 😉 but since they made a point to put one in every room, they should probably work. 2) The refrigerator needs to be replaced. All of the shelves in the refrigerator door are broken. I saw the cracks when I opened it to put our food in but figured they’d still support whatever we put in since they looked to be intact. Boy was I wrong! After putting a few things in the top shelf, it came crashing down, taking all of the groceries and shelves below with it and scratching my leg up pretty bad. This definitely needs to be replaced. With 10 people, we needed all of the refrigerator storage. 3) so many mosquitoes! Every time we opened a doer, a few would fly in. It was impossible to keep them out of the house. The exterior needs to be professionally sprayed regularly. Make sure you bring some mosquito yard spray to spray the bushes outside of the doors to keep them from coming in. Even with those 3 cons, still giving this property 5 stars because it is just beautiful and was perfect for our family. Thanks!
