Great Stay

It was a nice place, great location by everything and short drive to the beaches. There were 3 full bathrooms, one downstairs so that was convenient. Only downfalls were floors were dirty leaving our feet black, no mop or swiffer available, ants downstairs, pool of water and mold in microwave due to the condensation of appliances/vent. The owner Lynn was very responsive, apologized and replaced the microwave the next day and was going to call pest control, she was great. They almost thought of everything we can use, like regular bottles of shampoo, never saw that anywhere, very generous. We would stay here again.

Great set up

The bedrooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. The downstairs couch folds out to a bed and it also has its own full bathroom. Great location, close to the beach. We would stay here again.

Great place

Everything was great! We had everything we needed in the unit and the cleaning lady was very nice and offered us more supplies if we needed anything. Close to the beach and super clean! I would stay here again!

This property was amazing, Lyn and Caleb have done an outstanding job in making this a nice place to stay. Very convenient to restaurants and stores. And only 5 miles from Mustang Island beach entrances. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location was nice. There was a problem with the downstairs bed. The downstairs bed was broken. The staff was prompt in getting us an air mattress. This should be listed as a place for 4. The upstairs bedrooms were very nice. The place was supplied with all the essentials. Dishes, utensils and silverware. Everything worked well. The pool was nice. We enjoyed morning swims there.
