Questa casa è di 1.700 piedi quadrati con due storie di spazio vitale e tre camere da letto lussuosamente arredate e due bagni e mezzo. L'arredamento ha una sensazione naturale decisamente fresca sulla spiaggia. Il primo piano presenta tutte e tre le zone notte. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato con cabina doccia in vetro e letto king size. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e condivide un bagno Jack e Jill con il bunkroom. Goditi la vasca profonda per i grandi bagni di schiuma. Il bunkroom ha due letti a castello incorporati, uno con un letto matrimoniale con due letti sopra la testa e l'altro con un letto matrimoniale sopra il doppio. Il secondo piano ospita il soggiorno, la cucina e la zona pranzo a pianta aperta. La cucina è il sogno di ogni chef che si avvera con le cremagliere per le spezie e gli articoli da forno forniti. Goditi il tramonto mentre grigliati sul balcone posteriore spazioso e goditi i tramonti dell'isola Mustang. Tutto è stato pensato a Sunset Bay. Tipo di letto: 2 re, 1 regina, 3 doppie. We loved our time at Sunset Bay! We highly recommend this home - loved the upstairs patio where the kids could play, dance and be safe from the street. House is so well stocked, beds and linens are extremely comfortable. We have been here 3 years in a row and this is our new favorite place. Loved grilling outside on the deck , right beside the kitchen,and the kitchen had everything you could ask for in a kitchen. We enjoyed our time so much.

Having two king bedrooms is fantastic. This was also the best equipped kitchen we have ever had at Cinnamon Shore - spices, pantry items, lots of cooking gear. We loved the airy family room but people walking upstairs definitely can be heard downstairs. The location is quiet and super convenient. We hope to stay here again and recommend it!

Reviewer Comments: Having stayed in all sorts of units at CS, from a condo on the town circle, to an obnoxiously large house on the beach, this is probably my favorite because of its layout design. The TV was easy to use (it even had a spare HDMI cable already hooked up), the WIFI was always running (not always a given with CS properties), and there were plenty of little things that made it feel like home. My only criticism is that it DESPERATELY needs some sort of shades/shutters on the windows upstairs, and not just for privacy's sake but because the sun that pours through the windows in the morning/evening is BLINDINGLY intense.

Great balconies on both sides! Also loved that the kids room didn’t have windows so they slept longer with how dark it was! Bonus for parents with young kids!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Cinnamon Shores abt 6 years and have always enjoyed the lovely, very clean and comfortable rental homes. The property is always clean and manicured; the pools are also well maintained; the management comes quickly if needed for repairs or service calls; the rates are reasonable, as well. There is now a golf cart rental and beach umbrella/chair rental place ON property. Its a great place to enjoy with families and friends!

We didn’t need to look for anything because we found it in the house! Coffee makers, toaster ovens, pot/pans, thermometer, lemon squeezer...you name it, they had it! We always try to cook all our meals when on vacation at Cinnamon Shore and this house was perfect for that. Also, the decor was beautiful, rooms were comfy. Overall another great stay!

Only issues were sink water pressures being very low and there were A LOT of rusty nails and screws on the front and back porches and cobblestone paths (even in the outdoor shower area). We made piles in both the front and back of the house and luckily the kids didn't get hurt. Not exactly great for walking barefoot at a beach house.

The bedrooms were very comfortable and baths well appointed. Well located. From the map we were worried that it might be too close to the highway, but we didn’t hear any traffic noises. Right down the street and walkable to the town center. Easy golf cart ride to the beach. The only thing we didnt’ love was that the bedrooms were on the ground floor and the living area on the second floor which meant we were running up and down stairs a lot. We enjoyed the beach, the largest pool, the pizza parlor, the sweet shop. My sister and her family were right across the street the street so we got together with them and played games every night around the large dining table.

A Wild Weather Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunset Bay is a wonderful home and we loved stay there. I highly recommend this home to anyone. It is in a great location. Even though it is 2 street from highway. You do not hear the road noise at all. We enjoyed the great balconies. The living area is on 2 nd floor. All bedrooms down. We had young children with us so we brought baby gates for stairs. There’s a grill on balcony very convenient for kitchen area. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. My review has nothing to do with the owners. But the Cinnamon Shore quality control team didn’t live up to their standards. (We’ve stayed there in the past). Cinnamon Shores is supposed to have 2 days worth of paper goods I.e. toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. This was not supplied to us. Again, not owners responsibility. They pay Cinnamon Shores for this service. In the past, they have provided a couple of days coffee pods for the Keurig. I’m assuming they don’t do that anymore since there weren’t any. We had our own coffee set up. We had some trouble with one of the appliances and both owner and CS provided us with wonderful customer service. There was a toaster oven in house we used. We ate all our meals at the house, but there’s plenty of restaurant choices. We happened to be there during a week when it rained and had storms. We went to the CC aquarium one day and it is well worth it. We ate the best fried catfish at Snoopy’s in CC. We had a great week making memories with our grandkids and family.

We loved the layout and really enjoyed the balconies off the living room. No matter the time of day there was somewhere comfortable to relax outside. Kitchen was really well stocked, beds were really comfortable. We also enjoyed being close to the restaurants- really convenient with littles. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Window issues: Upon arriving we noticed the front window was broken and tapped shut. This caused a poor seal for the front bedroom. On our last day there was a storm and the back bedroom was covered in water everywhere from the windows not shutting. We did not realize this until that day due to not opening the windows. There also was water stains on the ceiling in that same bedroom. Bugs: there was multiple cockroaches on the floor throughout our stay. But the worst part was there was cockroaches in the bed under the sheets in the front bedroom.

My family of 5 plus a set of grandparents, we were all comfortable and the golf carts are a must. The market and restaurants on property were fantastic. It's a family friendly place and everyone is kind. No issues with noise late at night or early morning. Even with construction happening, it was peaceful. We didn't want to leave!! We will for sure be coming back to stay again.

It had everything our group of 5 (3 adults & 2 kids) needed. Every bedroom has a TV, bathrooms are stocked with tons of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of basics. The owners also include beach towels and there were plenty of places to hang towels and swimsuits to dry after a day on the beach. We will be back!
