Sandy Paws Dog Park offers a destination for dog walkers. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Enjoy the open floor plan on the second floor, where kitchen, dining area and living room flow together for a beautifully unified space. Shiplap-clad walls lend farmhouse style to coastal contemporary interiors, while billowing white sheers dress the generous windows for an airy look. Here, you can’t help but relax and sink into the sectional sofa. A round dining table for four offers three chairs plus cozy, banquet seating backed by a window. Three more can sit at the kitchen island in the well-equipped kitchen. Step out to the second-floor deck and survey the community and feel those beach breezes.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: A primary suite, featuring a king bed dressed with pillows and luxury bedding, offers a private bath and easy access on the first floor. A half bath also serves this level.
Upstairs, a full guest room and a bunk room share a bathroom. The bunk room is a work of art, with built-in twin bunks featuring a Chippendale motif in the wood work, along with shiplap siding on the walls.

GREAT FEATURES: When you stay at ‘South,’ you’ll have access to all the resort pools, fitness center, and retail and restaurants at Cinnamon Shore North, just a short drive or golf cart ride away. The Vacation Rentals office can reserve lounge chairs and umbrellas at your request right on the beach at South, and the South Dune Crossover provides easy beach access.

The stunning community pool at Cinnamon Shore South is now open. It’s a cabana-lined oasis, with infinity edges overlooking the lake, a sun deck, and hammocks over the water. It’s also heated in cooler months.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

The Violet Palm is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering The Violet Palm the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
