Al primo piano si sono incontrati con due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali simpatici deliziosamente decorate con colori spiaggia in acqua e plaid. Un'altra camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un bunkroom che pu����� ospitare fino a cinque condividono un vero Jack e Jill bagno, completo di due strutture, vanit��, e una vasca da bagno. Al piano superiore le viventi, ristoranti e aree cucina aperte sono molto ben attrezzate e pronte per il relax e il divertimento. Una spaziosa camera familiare con pavimenti in legno caldi e arredi morbidi rendono questo un luogo accogliente per raccogliere e intrattenere. Il grande tavolo da pranzo può ospitare fino a dieci per gustare un pasto preparato nella cucina di lusso. E 'pensieroso fornito di tutto il necessario per preparare un ottimo pasto, tra cui una a gas! La camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto di ottone re nostalgica e ampio bagno vi aspettano. Family beach celebration!

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 10 rented this beach house to be near Corpus Christi for TAMUCC graduation- it was perfect location, beautiful house and adorable community! We arrived the first day and wanted to watch the end of the basketball game so had Pizza at Dylan’s pizza; the second day my daughter celebrated her 30th birthday so we had dinner at Lisabella’s - delicious; each day we took our six seater golf cart to the beach/pool and had chairs and umbrellas waiting for us on the beach. This house has the best floor plan - a great room for all to gather and patios out both sides . The primary bedroom is upstairs and all the others are downstairs. The kitchen was stocked beautifully for all the meals we prepared. Our stay was lovely at Soul Surfin!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location for us- right by Keira's pool and easy access to town center and the restaurants. The house was in good condition and the beds were comfortable, but the outside could use some TLC. The landscaping had not been touched it looked like since last summer- dying plants and weeds everywhere, neither hose worked, the outdoor shower did not work and weeds were growing all in the bottom of it. Also, if there is not access from the back of the house into the house (door or garage), you would think there would be pavers or some sort of path to walk to the front door, but there was not. We had to walk over bushes and through dirt to our cars. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Relaxing Stay at Soul Surfin

Soul Surfin was clean and well laid out. We enjoyed the open floor plan and good space for hosting large groups. The upper balconies front and back were nice too. The location was perfect for the pool next door, Dylan’s pizza a block away and the beach a short walk or ride on a golf cart. We enjoyed the extra amenities from Cinnamon Shore management including the beach chairs, bonfire and s’mores set up. The extra touches made for a memorable weekend away with family..

Overall we enjoyed staying @ Soul Surfin'

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house overall treated our two families well, however there are some basic rental home "must haves" that need to be added. One of the main frustrations was the inability to exit through the back of the home. The location of the property (lack of front driveway) really makes it frustrating to unload/load car/golf cart. I understand that the owner likely has their person golf cart in the garage area which is why they restrict owners from going through there - but there are other ways to secure a personal golf cart I've seen other owners do (adding "The Club" or securing with bike locks) that they can implement which would keep their cart secure and still allow renters to pass through the garage. There wasn't any cabinet in the home that allowed us to put away food - there just wasn't any cabinet that didn't have cups/wine glasses, etc. My wife spent an hour rearranging the cabinets so we could actually have a pantry to put food away. The owners have their personal cabinet locked up of course, but the pantry area below it had decorative3 plates, cups, etc. A complete oversight by the owners of this home to provide a pretty basic expectation of having a functioning pantry when you are renting a home of this size for this cost. There is also no clothes storage in the lower floor master, no chest of drawers or anywhere to put clothes away. The closet in this room and others provided a closet with a place to hang clothes (which they had 3 hangers in the house so we had to go out and buy hangars to actually put some of our guests clothes away) All of this combined with the lack of ability to unload the car from the back of the house upon our arrival really put a sour taste in our mouths when we walked in. These are pretty basic things that I think any renters would expect to have. The home is beautiful, and the openness of the upstairs living/kitchen was nice and comfortable. Great house, owners just to need to make few changes to accommodate common rental needs.

Awesome Vacation at Soul Surfin in Cinnamon Shore!

The layout of soul surfin was perfect for our family - the space was very functional, inviting and comfortable. The first floor bedrooms were perfect for our children and grandchildren with two king size bedrooms, two bathrooms and the bunk room. This was the first house we stayed in where we had access to the garage which was fabulous to come through after showering at the outdoor shower we could leave our beach toys etc. in the garage.The second four living space was perfect - it was large and open and we spent a lot of time sitting around the dining table playing Uno or out on the front deck off the living room.Only two small negatives - there were only a few forks in the silverware drawer so we were constantly washing silverware or had to use plastic forks and there was no pantry so we had to get creative hiding snacks.Lastly, the location of soul surfin is perfect - having the Stillwater pool right outside the front door was awesome - the kids loved it and we were a short walk from Lake Colby, the great lawn, the restaurants and the market!

We had made inquiries to assure wifi was available for some work purposes. When we checked in we filled out a written work request because the wifi was not working. We called again Friday morning and were assured it was being taken care of. Finally on Tuesday morning a repairman showed up. Turns out they gave us a wrong password. Nobody in the office even took the time to ask most basic question. Very shoddy. If we had not inquired prior to rental, no big deal, but we did and were irritated.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly everything was great especially the master bed! Soooo comfy you just melt in it !!! The only exception was the grill provided. We usually grill most nights but weren't able to because the grill was extremely small, and wouldn't heat up. I have stayed in probable 6 different houses now and all had good grills except for this one. If a better grill was there it would be perfect! Otherwise we had a great stay.

Soul Surfer Good For My Soul

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Soul Surfer is a great beach house. My husband and I plus our 4 young children enjoyed the stay very much. Note that the master/kitchen/living is on the 2nd floor with the other 3 bedrooms downstairs. We brought a baby monitor and a pack-n-play with us so we felt comfortable with the layout. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/good knives for cooking. Nice plates/serving bowls/ platters and plenty of kid-friendly plates/cups as well. You cannot see the beach from this residence but the 2nd floor patio offers a view of other houses and the little fishing lake. We rented a golf cart and thoroughly enjoyed driving it across the boardwalk to the beach each day. I'd highly recommend a cart as it is a decent walk from this residence.

I was impressed with how well stocked the house was and had everything we would need to cook. It had a griddle and gas grill as well as wifi which we did need to do some work. Location is great and we listened to the live music from the patio. The master bed was so comfortable! We look forward to renting from here again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots to like at CS. The property is beautiful and very clean. Loved the large open living area upstairs. The house is located on the back row of houses near the highway and at the opposite end from the boardwalk to a beautiful beach. The small lake on the property is very close by and with 3 boys along (2, 7 & 11) it was an adorable scene watching them and more young boys and girls fishing. Just down the street from the house is Lisabella's where we ate two nights; Saturday night our reservation was at 8:30pm and we were surprised several items we tried to order had sold out including their delicious garlic Parmesan bread. A couple of small points: The master bed was exceptionally tall and the mattress too soft for our taste. The front porch light stayed on all night which bothered one of the front bedroom sleepers until they finally arranged a towel to block it. Upstairs never found the switch to turn on the upstairs porch light. CS was a great safe feeling family community.

Love the upstairs living/dining/kitchen layout with great balcony....view of lake is super! Only negative is that you can hear the highway from the upstairs master....But I would still recommend this property.
