Incantatore costiero nel cuore di Port Aransas

Surf House: questa affascinante casa sulla spiaggia di nuova costruzione si trova nel cuore di Port Aransas, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. House è un piano terra al piano terra, quindi non ci sono scale da salire. Convenientemente situato nella "città vecchia" di Port Aransas, vicino a molte attrazioni che Port A ha da offrire, tra cui spiaggia, porto turistico, negozi e ristoranti.

La nostra casa può ospitare comodamente 8 persone, ma può ospitare fino a 9 persone con 2 camere matrimoniali, 2 camere normali e 2 bagni. La casa può essere divisa in due zone giorno separate con ingressi separati per la vostra convenienza. House è perfetta per più coppie, piccoli gruppi e famiglie. Le due camere matrimoniali dispongono di letti king-size premium con bagni padronali collegati. Le due camere da letto aggiuntive dispongono di 2 letti a castello (stile estraibile).

Offriamo tutte le comodità di casa, tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, ripiani in blocchi di macellaio con 4 sgabelli da bar, sala da pranzo e tavolo, lavatrice / asciugatrice, mobili nuovi ovunque, TV satellitare, connessione DSL / Wireless, parcheggio posti per 4 auto nel vialetto e un patio privato e recintato nel cortile con pozzo barbecue.

Family getaway favorite

This was our second time staying at the Surf House. We love that it has all the comforts of home, plenty of room for the five of us to relax, cook, play games, watch movies, and head right down the road the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. We look forward to staying here again.

Clean property in a great location.

The property was in a great location and was very clean with a lot of space. Our only complaint was that the grill was rusted and not working. I had asked the owner ahead of time about the grill which he said was fine, so we spent a lot of money on hamburger & hot dog supplies we were not able to use. I tried to contact the owner about alternative options but didn’t get a reply. It was also Easter so that may have been why. A big part of our trip was to grill for our friends on Easter so this was really unfortunate. Other than that the property is great.

Port A Trip

This home was roomy and clean and a perfect place for teens. The home had plenty of space to put the teens in different areas of the house to have their own space. It had great spaces for watching Tv in multiple areas of the home. The backyard was spacious as well.

Great House

We are a group of 6 women who take an annual trip together to Port Aransas. This year was our 5th trip and this was our favorite house that we’ve rented. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. Great communication with the home owner and we hope our dates will be available next year. Thanks for everything. Everything we needed

This was a perfectly comfortable home away from home. The thoughtful hosts really though of everything we might need. We enjoyed cooking meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The bathrooms were luxurious. One of them has a shower head in the ceiling and a river rock floor. I am sad that this place is already booked up on the dates when I wanted to go back next year. I am looking for different dates just so we can stay in this same house.

Quiet and quaint

It isn't on the beach, but that is what made it perfect for us. I was with my parents, and we wanted to enjoy the beach (Sandfest) during the day but quiet at night. This location is exactly as advertised, and Walter is available when needed. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Home near all the Popular Spots

This home is perfectly laid out no matter your situation or needs. Plenty of room and everything was very clean. I would absolutely suggest staying here and for myself, I will stay here again!

Wonderful place

The home was well stocked, very clean, beds were super comfortable. It was in a perfect location close by everything and just minutes from the beach. The host was very responsive. I reached out asking if they had a charcoal BBQ pit because we didn’t like gas. He promptly brought one over but not only brought the pit, he also brought charcoal and lighter fluid. It was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome property-owner quickly responds to questions. Fair price point for the area. Close enough to the beach and restaurants to be convenient but on a fairly quiet street so as to able to get a good nights sleep.

Great location, quiet backyard, nice stay

Hi we celebrated Christmas here. Walter was awesome, very responsive, the place was clean and accommodated two families nicely. Most of the properties in Port A have many steps and no elevator, that won't work for us. This was perfect for what we needed.

Great Stay

House was very nice. The master bath had a big shower. It was great for the 4 of us plus my brother. Everyone had there own beds and room. The house is close to everything in town. Great stay!

Ceiling air filter in main den room was filthy. It looked like it had not been changed in 6 months. Ants kept coming in through the front door and traveled to the kitchen bar - probably because of the extreme heat and drought.

Winter in Port A

Surf House is a perfect house for two couples because the bedroom and bathroom set up is perfect for each couple. I am sure that kids would be comfortable as well but we just had adults. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach which we did each morning and evening. It is close to most everything in Port A. Walter, the owner, is the most responsive host we have ever encountered. We have rented many houses but Walter is THE BEST.
