Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Checkin was a breeze. Code for door was sent via text message with all information and instructions. Host was available quickly via text message. The house was decorated very beachy and was so cute and welcoming. Balconly had a beach view. Nieghborhood was nice. Make sure you wear the provided bands (think there was 8) to the pool because they do check that you have them. Dollar general and convenient store was very close. Walmart and HEB is about a 15 min drive.
