Questo condominio è in posizione perfetta per chi ama la spiaggia e gli appassionati di nautica, in quanto si trova a meno di due isolati da Whitecap Beach ea breve distanza da tre diverse rampe di imbarcazioni pubbliche (di cui una al Canale Packery). Troverete il Schlitterbahn Riverpark a solo un miglio a nord, e diversi ottimi ristoranti - tra cui Boathouse Bar and Grill - a pochi minuti dal condominio. Circa 20 miglia nell'entroterra, è possibile visitare il Museo Selena, l'Art Museum del Sud del Texas, la USS Lexington e il Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History se la pioggia decidesse di trasferirsi.

The condo was clean and updated. Fan in 2nd bedroom didn't work. Had plenty of bathroom towels. Appreciated the soaps and starter kit in the kitchen. The property grounds (grassy area) are covered in sticker burrs which makes in a major challenge to keep them off your pet's paws and your shoes. No matter how much you try to get them off, they would find a way into the condo every day. We stepped on them numerous times in the condo. The property complex ground keepers need to manage this better especially since the place is advertised as pet and family friendly.

Very nice condo. Check out at 10am seems a bit early; other places allow late checkout or set it a bit later. Otherwise very nice and good price!

Extremely disappointed in this vacation rental and would not recommend. There were several things wrong with the rental starting with dirty bathrooms upon arrival. One bathroom had hair all in it and the other black stuff all in the shower. The condo was missing several essential items that should have been provided. Here’s a list of everything we took note of: Lots of damage to the condo Only 3 cups for a condo of 6 Absolutely no way to make or store ice so we had to purchase these itemsOnly one knife and it was a large chopping knife-had to purchase knifes to eat dinnerNo mixing Bowls-had to purchase one Only a giant stock pot and a tiny sauce pot No Trash bags-had to purchase themNo TVs in roomsNo Dressers or storage for our belongings with no place to set our suitcases Absolutely no Blankets-had to purchase someNo Pantry to store itemsPOOL was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING upon arrival. Not swimmable at allNo paper towels except a used partial rollNo can opener-had to purchase one Stickers all over the property including around the pool area…if I had brought my dog it would have been a nightmare for her. It was a nightmare with my kids always stepping on them Cookie sheets and skillets were dirty and had to be washed before usingReached out to Vacasa regarding all the issues and of course the response was a team would look into it. 100% disappointed and will never return!!!!

Great stay at the beach!

We love this area of North Padre and have stayed at these condos multiple times. We love the pool and the close location. This was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. There were a few minor issues, but nothing major. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, relaxing beach getaway!

The apartment was very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away and recharge. The only complaint we had was that since we were in a second story unit, we did hear a fair amount of noise from the unit above us. Otherwise it was an excellent experience!!

Overall great stay and property, close to beach. First impression was very clean, but don't leave food out on counters...and maybe don't ask guest to strip the beds when they're so badly stained. Perfect for our family of 5

Just as described, we had a nice little wknd stay and enjoyed the condo. I took a star off just because the living room could use curtains that block the adjacent building lights coming in the patio door at night. Also there was no main light or working ceiling fan in the master room. It did have 2 lamps near the bed though. Nice kitchen and great size for 5 people. All needed supplies were provided and the kids loved the pool. We walked to the beach and it was not far and a nice little walk. Would for sure return!

Family Beach Vacation

Was perfect for a family of 4 vacation. Kids had their own room and we were close to a lot of great spots - beach, restaurants, and Corpus Christi attractions. The rental was great with only a few minor critiques that are minimal and only just observations as a guest. It was very clean when we arrived and smelled clean; however, there wasn’t much available to keep it clean while staying there. With being in and out at the beach, sand accumulates quickly. There was a broom but no dust pan and no vacuum. So we always had sand all over our feet with no way to clean up behind us. But having the washer and dryer available for Sandy beach clothes and dirty towels was a major plus! The master room ceiling fan didn’t work and there was no overhead lighting - only 1 lamp that worked, the other was missing the twister piece to turn it on. The picture of the master showed a TV mounted on the wall which wasn’t present. And the master shower didn’t drain well and would slowly fill up while showering leaving all the sand and dirt in the tub with you. The space overall was perfect and exactly what we wanted/needed for our family vacation at a price that was affordable! The checkin and checkout was easy and the management was quick to respond with anything we needed. We enjoyed the space and had a wonderful time staying there!

Great price, but poor attention to detail

While the location to restaurants and beach was great, the room was on the struggle bus! The beds were clean and comfy, and living area and overall layout was great for our family of 5 (three teenage boys). It started to go south when we noticed that one of the two deadbolts did not work- it appeared the door may have been kicked in at some point. Then we move to the table… with only three chairs of which two were broken - so we couldn’t use those. The master bedroom only had one working bedside lamp - that was the ONLY light in the whole room. The other lamp had no lightbulb and the fan was missing the light fixture(it was on a shelf in the closet and the fan wouldn’t turn on. The brand new towels were nice except they left lint ALL over you trying to dry off. Also cleaning the shower curtain liner would also be nice. Mildew all along the bottom edge. Gross! There were also quite a few staple items missing in the kitchen- a can opener, measuring spoons, and any type of mixing bowl. The detailed cleaning of baseboards, door frames, window seals, curtains, and inside cabinets is much needed. The property management was notified of the main problems and did comp a potion of our stay, but basically made up excuses for the reason why the property wasn’t in better condition. I would not stay at this property again.

Great location, needs work

The property is in a great location for proximity to the coast. Kids loved the pool, we appreciated the hot tub and being able to walk to the beach. The main shower has black mold growing in several places and the living room only has one couch (we squeezed all 4 of us on it but if we had a bigger family it would have been a pain). The settee you see pictured is rock hard with no back so you wouldn't use it to actually sit in. Posting this feedback in hopes vacasa invests in the property to upgrade it for future guests!

Could stand some maintenence.

The property was very clean except for some issues with mold in the master tub. The furniture was very comfortable. The main issues were, the screen in the master bedroom window was falling out and had huge holes in it, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work. Also, the handle was broken off the microwave and laying on the counter. It would have been nice to have toilet paper in both bathrooms upon arrival, there was only a partial roll in the second bathroom. Otherwise the property was nice and in a great location. Communication received from the management company was very good.
