    La cucina a pianta aperta, il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo sono l'ideale per intrattenersi e visitare mentre si prepara un pasto in famiglia nella cucina ben attrezzata. C'è un ampio spazio nel bar per la colazione della cucina e il tavolo da pranzo per tutti i vostri ospiti. Dopo una lunga giornata al sole e mangiando un buon pasto, adorerai scalciare e rilassarti nella spaziosa e confortevole zona giorno. C'è anche una bella TV a schermo piatto per goderti il gioco.
    In fondo al corridoio troverai la lavatrice / asciugatrice e il bagno completo prima di venire nella camera degli ospiti. La camera degli ospiti è dotata di due letti queen size. Appena oltre la camera degli ospiti è la camera da letto principale con un bagno in camera e lussuoso letto king size. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto.

    Sono forniti biancheria per ogni letto e asciugamani per ogni ospite. È richiesto un soggiorno minimo di due notti. Gli ospiti contraenti di Padre Escapes devono avere almeno 25 anni. L'ospite deve avere una patente di guida dello Stato o altro documento di identità accettabile. ANIMALI NON AMMESSI

Family Weekend at the Beach

Family friendly property within walking distance to the beach. Was in town for a family party and decided to include a beach visit as well. Was nice to have the option to hang out poolside as well. We had a nice weekend!

We loved staying at your condo. It is decorated so beachy and fun and we loved being right across from the pool and within walking distance to the beach. It had everything in it that we needed. Thank you!

We had the place right across from the pool entrance which was convenient, it did get loud in the late afternoon/evening with people playing music. Multiple groups playing different genres of music. It was a quick drive to the beach. Had the basics in the kitchen for cooking which was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in this rental and it won’t be our last. We love that it’s a corner unit right by the pool entrance. It’s very very clean, the beds are comfortable and the water pressure is really good. The washer and dryer work well and the clothes dry super fast. Lots of pots and pans and dishes to cook there, just remember to buy seasoning! :-)

Things like pots and pans that don't sit right on the stove. Maintenance came soon after call to replace light bulbs. Pool area was well maintained.

Loved walking to the beach every day! We did notice that the dishwasher didn’t work and didn’t clean the dishes. The kids’ room has a broken bed and the other one seems like it might be a little unstable as well. The bottom of the toilet lids have gross stains on them. I would recommend replacing. My only other suggestion is to provide more toilet paper for people staying an entire week. All in all, the condo is was awesome, though; and we wished we could stay forever!

This was our second time at this condo and we enjoyed spending the holidays at the beach. It is a clean, comfortable rental in a great location. Customer service was great; very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend. Nothing too fancy but had everything needed to be comfortable and just a short walk to the beach.

We loved that it’s a family-friendly property and perfectly located by a pool, bbq grills and a short walk from the beach and drive from restaurants! There’s even a grocery store nearby! We definitely took advantage of the kids pools! Enjoyed dinner at La Palma Mexican and Rock and Rolls Sushi, which we would highly recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bought some Clorox wipes and wiped everything. Washed all dishes before using them. Floor was gross. Bought a Swiffer wet jet and mopped them. Living room furniture was in poor shape. A/C was good. Pool was suspect. Not sure if the dryer is vented to the outside. Beds were fine. It was relatively quiet. I wouldn't recommend this property.
