  • È l'ora della spiaggia! Vieni a rilassarti sulla veranda avvolgente, nel cortile sul lago Colby, o in questa casa da spiaggia facile da vivere. Mentre fai il barbecue, rilascia una lenza nel lago appena fuori la tua backdoor. La piscina di acqua tranquilla, che è riscaldata, è a pochi passi dalla porta principale. Le sponde sabbiose e le miglia di spiaggia sono a pochi isolati di distanza. Con mobili nuovi di zecca, arredi e pavimenti recentemente rinnovati, sei sicuro di goderti questa bellissima casa per le vacanze. Spazioso re master al piano di sotto con doccia separata e grande vasca da bagno. Al piano superiore ha un maestro regina, con il proprio bagno completo privato. Un'ulteriore camera da letto matrimoniale e una camera a castello a 4 letti condividono un altro bagno completo. Una divertente zona soggiorno al piano superiore per i bambini ha un divano letto e un balcone, perfetto per la notte di gioco. Il soggiorno al piano di sotto ha anche un divano letto. Dorme facilmente 14. Così tanti ricordi da fare a Sandy Banks!

Beach getaway

This was perfect for our group! We had 6 adults, 2 kids and an infant. House had just about everything we needed and we enjoyed the space and amenities.

Perfect getaway!

We had a great time in Cinnamon Shores! We are hoping to go back in the summer. The house was in a great location and fit our family of 8 adult kids perfectly.

We loved that there are two en suite bedrooms, so both couples had bedrooms with a private bathroom. Our kids range in age from 2-15 and we were able to find comfortable sleeping arrangements for all of them. It was handy to have two living areas. We all loved the location on Lake Colby, and with a golf cart, the pools and beach are easily accessible.Very short walk to Shore Cafe for morning coffee, too!

We opted for May to keep the cost down a little but it is well worth it for all the amenities you get in the resort. You never have to go anywhere. The beach area is always super clean and the pools are amazing!!

The location was great: The back patio view of the pond was so fun at night, and being near the green was fun too. The house was very clean and had everything we needed - including some great old-school DVDs that the whole family enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. I would certainly come again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was very easy. We had a great time and loved the house however there were small improvements that could be made. When we walked in the chair leg was broken so when someone sat down they fell down. Also the trundle bed upstairs was stuck open slightly and wouldn’t close which was dangerous for kids. The bed upstairs with the connecting bathroom needs a better mattress. It was like sleeping on a waterbed. Other than those few things our family loved our stay.

It is the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. It is a clean, comfortable space that offers an open main floorplan for gathering and entertainment. Located just off the town center, it is a short walk to the center of the town and all 3 pools with Lake Colby just out the back door. Highly recommend Sandy Banks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the house. It was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. It was also in a great location. We had an issue with the internet immediately upon our arrival. They were able to bring in a hotspot device, however the hotspot could only tolerate a couple devices connected to it, and it was very slow. My husband and brother-in-law had to go to a coffee shop in order to get adequate internet for working. In addition, there were quite a few dead and live bugs (small roaches) found throughout the duration of our stay. Otherwise we loved our stay and will definitely come back to Cinnamon Shore.

We've already booked it again for next year!!The porch and patio was our main hang out areas but the kitchen rocked it was well! Kitchen was very well equipped and had some spices we missed bringing too. Big enough that two or three people could cook together. Beds were comfortable, rooms almost sound proof with fans blowing. Bathrooms/showers were great! Large living room to hang out in the evenings.Location location for us! Near the circle, Dylans pizza and front desk management plus there is a small pool that was PERFECT for our large family!Only issue was AC and they came and fixed it. Small communication issue with them but all worked out.OH and if you take Surf lessons go to Pier 23!! He said he is always at Pier 23 fyi.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Mustang Island since the late '70's and have stayed many places. Our favorite is Cinnamon Shore!!! Sandy Banks is the 4th home we have stayed in there and, although not our favorite, it was just fine. The only negative was that the deck really needs some work. It had a couple of holes in it that are becoming a safety hazard. Other than that it is a well maintained home with everything you need for a great week's stay.

Great place for family, lots of activities and plenty to do for all ages! Ample space in this home for our family of six. Well stocked kitchen. Rapid response when coffee pot broke😬… so thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The front desk ladies were hospitable and friendly. We made a request to have the dishwasher and icemaker . Responded to dishwasher but not the icemaker. Clothing was left in our unit from previous tenant. Staff said they would pick it up but didn’t after repeated request. We left a hot dryer brush in bathroom and called to report. Staff said they would check but hadn’t when we called back. No further word. Bad service.
