Welcome to the gorgeous Dorado Dunes #I, a modern beach house that's the perfect destination for your next family vacation. This property features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 private decks off the living room, kitchen and master suite, Star Wars arcade game to keep the younger ones entertained while you show off your cooking skills in the fully equipped kitchen. With a private heated pool, boardwalk to the beach, gas grill, and a golf cart, you'll find yourself in paradise. The included golf cart is great for exploring the surrounding area, and you're only a 5-minute drive from downtown Port Aransas. The home is situated in a serene community with a shared pool, so you can enjoy the luxury of your own private space while still having access to community amenities. This is the perfect place to make memories with family and friends!

WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
Golf cart included – subject to a $10 fuel charge, short-term stays only

Beach Towels not provided.
Private heated pool. The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.

Family Getaway

The house was lovely and kitchen appliances and layout was terrific. Need to address the gas grill. It flamed out even under the grill while we were trying to grill steaks -need to repair it or buy another. Would love mattress toppers as all the beds were over firm. Great to be close enough to the water using the golf cart which was great and necessary considering it was a very busy weekend and had to go quite a ways down the beach to find a spot for our canopy. Overall a very enjoyable stay with my daughters and grandson.

Great location! Great communication with host/management and quick response time with minor issue regarding fire alarm. Loved having the golf cart included. Host/management very detailed with check in/out procedures, door codes, golf cart keys, etc. which was great. We had a great stay.

Awesome Property, Amazing experience

This was a top-notch property with an awesome management company. Check-in/check-out and communication were top-notch. As far as the property; it was very clean, well stocked (they did not skimp on towels and paper goods). The sofa was a little small (as another review mentioned) but since it can be expanded it is no problem. Included golf cart and beach equipment were a huge bonus. Only complaints: No measuring cup in kitchen and Master bedroom mattress needs replacing. I suggest bringing a mattress topper until it is replaced. Luckily we brought one. Great property. We will be back.

Things future renters should know

25 ft off of 361.It is new construction just outside cinnamon shores. 3 floors, you can hear anyone walking above you or on your floor. Nothing on the walls. Beds were the most uncomfortable aspect of this trip; rock solid, minimal covers, small pillows. The couch in the living room was so small I couldn’t sit in it. It’s 4 blocks from the beach and you weave over to another property to get to the boardwalk - the access is fine. No trouble. Pool is 6 x 10. Grill worked great. The pictures are very inviting, the actual experience quite different. The golf cart and the pool sell you on it but the house itself is cheaply done, plain and uncomfortable. Bedrooms up top.
