Enjoy the peacefulness of Sea Será at El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This one-bedroom ground floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. The open living room is made up of a couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa, a rocker/ recliner and a large TV. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets, open shelving, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, dresser for your beach attire, closet and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tiled shower unit and a stackable washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the covered patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart-accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

The unit is as pictured, very clean and well-equipped. The development itself is not high-end as are some newer Port Aransas properties. However, it was very safe and conveniently located to the west of the city, and the price point was right. This unit was perfect for a few days for a couple with a dog. Only thing I would do as owner is change the toilet seat and shower slip mat as both are shopworn.

It’s a beautiful facility. Great location and easy access to the beach. I do recommend this place but be cautious because they are very limited on amenities. Bare minimum of supplies or none at all. We ended up cutting our trip short because we had to keep going into town to get things that should be available for you. Laundry soap, plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. other than that it was a great place.

Birding trip with my daughter

This was a mother/daughter trip for birding and we also had our Labrador Samson with us. We immediately fell in love with the condo! Everything was extremely clean, nicely decorated, it was bright and it smelled good! The beach Access is right there, and there are good opportunities to walk your dog around the property! It was the perfect location to reach all Port Aransas attractions quickly and easily!All instructions were simple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely book this condo again! Sleeping for four people might be a bit tight.

Easy, clean, nice stay

A little difficult to find the correct unit at night, but after that, very easy access to beach, main road, parking, etc. Cute condo, quiet area. Check in process was amazing (best I've ever seen for a vrbo)!. Bathroom was odd, but funtional and plenty of room. The only gripe I had at all was that dang coffee pot - It's missing parts and very difficult to use. Other than that, yeah, I'd for sure stay there again. My puppers enjoyed it too.

Great stay

The house is very clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful neighborhoods. Even though spring break it was quiet. Plan to return for sure. The check in process is rather lengthy with lots of rules posted is a little bit of a turn off but the beach made it all good.

Great place to stay

The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean and neat when we arrived. Slight issue with a defective coffee maker which was solved quickly by property management. Beach was 4-5 minute walk away. Shopping and restaurants were nearby as well as other amenities.Will definitely stay again here in the future.

Great Stay!

This property was located just a short boardwalk to the beach. The newly renovated kitchen was delightful. Just the perfect space for my family of three (two parents and one 12-year-old kiddo). We loaded up our little wheeled wagon with umbrella, chairs and cooler for snacks and drinks and breezily went to the beach for several hours. Came back in for naps. Easily located to drive out for dinner. Came back, relaxed with movies then went out for evening walks. Next day, did it all again, seamless, easily. So enjoyable!

We stayed three nights . . It’s a bit of a walk to beach . I highly recommend a golf cart . Loved the cart access to beach . Nicely updated and roomy condo for small group. Was skeptical about it because it only had a few reviews. I would definitely stay here again .

Very Convenient Place…

Nicely updated all around. Parking was about 30 feet away. Wish it had a small privacy fence outside on the patio to hide coolers, fishing rods, and beach toys instead of having to bring them inside. The washer and dryer are very nice convenient feature but loud so would wash during the day. Overall, I would recommend it to a first-timer coming to Port Aransas. Cinnamon Shores community is right next door as an additional option.

Relaxing Getaway

Didn’t know what to expect in Port Aransas. Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing time away. Great place if you’re just looking to sit on the beach, read a book and just appreciate life!
