This is not the standard we hold ourselves too. Thank you for helping with the glassware in the pool. At the hotel we do ask guest to not eat or drink in the pool area. Management does their best to make sure the area is clear, and I am sorry they were not their to help. We are very sorry the guest did not follow these guidelines. I would also like to extend an apology to there being no towels when needed. At the hotel we do the best we can to keep up with the demand of pool guests and it looks like we fell short here.
