Facile accesso alla spiaggia tramite la passerella del golf cart accessibile. A pochi passi dalle splendide rive del Golfo del Messico, questa casa di nuova costruzione può ospitare 10 persone in 3 camere da letto e un'alcova con 3-1 / 2 bagni. Uno dei pool di comunità rinfrescanti è proprio fuori dalla porta di casa. Questa casa nuova di zecca dà significato alle parole lusso che vivono con paesaggi incontaminati e appuntamenti di lusso, tra cui ripiani in quarzo ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile nella cucina di ispirazione gourmet, posti a sedere per 6 al bar e pavimenti in piastrelle di qualità. Il grande tavolo da pranzo in legno ha due panche per accogliere gli ospiti. Una grande sala ampia è piena di eleganti decorazioni e vi invita a rilassarvi con stile e comfort con un divano, un divano, due sedie accentate, TV via cavo e Wifi. Fuori dal corridoio c'è un mezzo bagno e la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice sono sistemate ordinatamente in un armadio. La camera da letto principale al piano di sotto (BR1) ha un bagno privato con doppio lavabo e una grande doccia. In cima alle scale al secondo piano ci sono 2 set di letti a castello a due letti incastonati nella nicchia del corridoio con una TV a parete. La camera degli ospiti (BR2) ha un letto King e condivide un bagno in sala con doppio lavabo e una grande doccia. Alla fine del corridoio si trova una camera da letto principale (BR3) con un letto king size e un bagno privato con doppio lavabo e una grande doccia. Goditi il caffè del mattino dal balcone che si affaccia sulla piscina.

We loved the location of the VRBO and the space was nice. The only drawback was the overall smell of the place. It smelled like it had been sprayed with pesticides.

Overall, clean and well stocked house. Loved the location right by the pool and the included golf cart. All the rooms having king beds, plus the bunk area for the kids was ideal! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was amazing and backed right up to the pool for easy access. It came with the golf cart ready to go so we could get right the beach which was awesome! The house was clean and a spacious! Definitely will be back!

The beach was awesome. Use of the golf cart made transporting grandparents and kiddos SO MUCH EASIER! It’s nice they waive the first day. After I decided to add on a couple more days, they raised their prices $15 more per day. I showed the screen shot of the lower price, and they did honor it. House is set up well. Kitchen has great set up for our group of 10. Not very clean though. I shared all of the below issues with pictures to the property management, and they never responded. Not sure what the cleaning fee covered. - pedestal sink in 1/2 bath was detached from wall and is wobbly - light fixture over the table has cob webs - both return air vents are dirty - fans have dust hanging off - upstairs bathroom has pink mildew in the shower - upstairs east/south facing bedroom had ash stains on the sheets - floors were grimy. We had to wear shoes whole time to keep our feet clean.

We have stayed in this neighborhood before, but this was our first time at this house. It is definitely a rental property- very little decor, no pillows on the couch, limited supplies in the kitchen, etc. the golf cart (which we declined) was parked in the middle of the driveway, so it limited parking. The house echos a lot so when people walk up/ down the stairs it would wake everyone up.

We were happy with the location, it is between beach markers 38 & 39, the cart boardwalk made getting to the beach and even to town very easy. The kitchen/living area and one king bedroom is down stairs. The house was clean, but as others reviews stated, it needs more towels, washcloths and bath soap. We brought a few of our own towels, and included foil and a skillet, glad we did

The rental property had an awful stench upon arrival and throughout the stay. Even after returning home to San Antonio we could smell it and had to wash all of our belongings even the items we did not wear while staying at the place! Unsure what it was due to...cleaning agents, smokers, other??? It was nauseating for all family members. Slim on soap and bath towels not stocked completely for our group. We had to call and request more. Proximity to beach was good especially via golf cart- 3-5mins max. Neighbors were quiet, just sounds of their kids playing in the pool. Neighborhood seems safe. Management fellows were responsive to our inquiries. Overall, we will not stay at this property again due to the stench and the worn looking bedroom linens, and dirty areas at showers and pantry.

I took my adult kids (5) and 2 grandkids to the beach in Port Aransas. Home was ideal with 3 bedrooms, 2 sets of bunk beds and 3 1/2 baths. Out the back porch leads directly to the swimming pool. Highly recommend a golf cart for your stay, very convenient way to get to the beach, as well as exploring the city of Port Aransas. Excellent stay and will be returning.

The house was perfect for us. The beds could have been more comfy, but they were not terrible. Everyone enjoyed having king size beds and the teens enjoyed the bunk beds. The kitchen was the meeting/hangout spot. The outside grill is charcoal… and it was not cleaned out so we didn’t use it. It would have been nice to have it cleaned after each guest. The coffee pot is pretty small and old school so we brought our own. The AC along with the fans kept the house nice and chilly. The golf cart was totally worth renting the whole trip to run back and forth to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Nice house. Great beach trip 2021!
